    Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for communications using HD-FDD multiplexing In a 5G NR and beyond wireless network, and to cause the UE to perform operations. The operations include decoding DCI received via a PDCCH. The DCI indicates a dynamically scheduled DL reception on a PDSCH. The operations further include detecting an overlap between the dynamically scheduled DL reception and a semi-statically configured UL transmission on a PUSCH. The operations further include determining to perform one of the dynamically scheduled DL reception or the semi-statically configured UL transmission based on a start time (T0) of the semi-statically configured UL transmission and a pre-configured offset time (Toffset).

    Abstract: An apparatus and system are described to provide enhanced Type-3 HARQ-ACK codebook transmission are described. A gNB configures a UE for hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ)-acknowledgment (ACK) (HARQ-ACK) retransmission using the enhanced Type-3 codebook using radio resource control signaling. The enhanced Type-3 codebook is triggered by downlink control information (DCI) format 1_1 or 1_2 and transmitted using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). Information in the DCI includes: whether to use configured, activated, or indicated carriers, cell indexes for the carriers, whether to use all HARQ processes, use only semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) processes, or use only non-SPS processes, DCI whether to use all priority HARQ processes, use only high priority HARQ processes, or use only low priority HARQ processes, and HARQ process range.

    Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide techniques for cancelation of one or more uplink (UL) transmissions from a user equipment (UE). The UE may receive an indication of a parameter d to use for determining a start of a reference UL resource (RUR). The parameter d may be UE-specific. The UE may further receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that includes a downlink control information (DCI) to indicate that a UL transmission is to be canceled in a RUR. The UE may determine a starting symbol of the RUR based on the parameter d. In embodiments, the UE may scale the parameter d based on a first subcarrier spacing (SCS) associated with the parameter d and a second SCS associated with the uplink transmission to obtain a scaled parameter d′ that is used to determine the starting symbol of the RUR. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can receive, from an eNodeB, a serving PLMN system information block (SIB)19 for a carrier frequency of a serving PLMN of the UE. The UE can acquire inter-frequency and inter-PLMN discovery system information acquisition assistance signaling information from the SIB19. The UE can process a non-serving PLMN SIB19 for one or more carrier frequencies of a non-serving PLMN using the inter-frequency and inter-PLMN discovery system information acquisition assistance signaling information. The UE can identify inter-frequency and inter-PLMN discovery announcement rate information and monitoring control configuration information for the one or more carrier frequencies of the non-serving PLMN to enable the UE to perform device-to-device (D2D) discovery with a UE in the non-serving PLMN according to the inter-frequency and inter-PLMN discovery and inter-PLMN discovery announcement rate information and monitoring control configuration information.
