Abstract: A substrate for display, a display panel and a display device are provided. The substrate for display comprises a base comprising an upper surface and a lower surface which are opposite to each other. The lower surface of the base is formed with scattering microstructures, and the upper surface of the base is formed with a layer structure for display, thereby achieving ultrathin appearance and low cost of the display device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a patterned electrode and a liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a patterned electrode includes the following steps: Step 1: mixing a graphene aqueous solution and a PEDOT:PSS solution at a predetermined ratio to form a graphene/PEDOT:PSS mixture solution; Step 2: mixing the graphene/PEDOT:PSS mixture solution and photoresist at a predetermined ratio, followed by stirring, to form graphene/PEDOT:PSS photoresist that has electrical conduction capability; Step 3: providing a substrate and coating the graphene/PEDOT:PSS photoresist formed in Step 2 on the substrate, followed by exposure, development, and baking to form a patterned electrode. Compared to a conventional process of manufacturing an ITO electrode, the present invention can simplify the manufacturing process of a patterned electrode and lower down the manufacturing cost of the patterned electrode.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a driving method for an in-cell capacitive touch screen panel comprising: providing a common electrode voltage for image display to the common electrodes and each even-numbered one of the touch driving electrodes, and providing a touch driving voltage for touch driving to each odd-numbered one of the touch driving electrodes within a touch drive time period of a N-th image frame display time period; providing the common electrode voltage to the common electrodes and each odd-numbered one of the touch driving electrodes, and providing the touch driving voltage to each even-numbered one of the touch driving electrodes within a touch drive time period of a (N+1)-th image frame display time period. The present invention further provides a in cell capacitive touch screen panel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a capacitive in-cell touch panel with the array substrate. The array substrate includes a common electrode layer which is partitioned into a plurality of touch driving electrodes and a plurality of common electrodes arranged alternately. Each touch driving electrode is configured to be applied with a common electrode signal and a touch scanning signal in a time-division manner. Each touch driving electrode includes a plurality of touch driving sub-electrodes spaced apart from each other in an extension direction of the touch driving electrode, and metal wires configured to connect the adjacent touch driving sub-electrodes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a TFT array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The TFT array substrate has a source electrode (801) and a drain electrode (802), which each include, stacked from bottom to top, a first molybdenum layer (811), a first aluminum layer (812), a second aluminum layer (813), and a second molybdenum layer (814). The first aluminum layer (812) and the second aluminum layer (813) each have a surface including a plurality of spikes (8120) formed and distributed thereon. The spikes (8120) of the second aluminum layer (813) have a height greater than a height of the spikes (8120) of the first aluminum layer (812) such that the source electrode (801) and the drain electrode (802) each have an upper surface exhibiting a rough surface having irregularity comprising raised and recessed portion. Compared to a flat smooth surface that is involved in the prior art, the rough surface having irregularity comprising raised and recessed portions helps expand contact area between the drain electrode (802) and the pixel electrode (1200) so as to reduce contact impedance between a TFT and the pixel electrode and improve performance of a liquid crystal display panel.

Abstract: The present application provides a method of fabricating a COA type liquid crystal display panel and the COA type liquid crystal display panel, which utilizes reactive liquid crystal, reactive monomers, red quantum-rods and green quantum-rods to fabricate a color filter thin film. Due that light generated by the red and green quantum rods in the color filter thin film when they are excited are polarized light, and the red and green quantum rods therein are arranged along the same direction, the excited red and green quantum rods generate red and green linear polarized light conforming to the polarized direction so as to play a role of a lower polarizer and to allow the COA type liquid crystal display panel fabricated by the method not only obtain bright trichromatic light for increasing color saturation, but also omit the lower polarizer for reducing fabrication cost.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display panel and a manufacture method thereof. By locating the matrix electrode corresponding to the black matrix on one side of the color film substrate, which is close to the liquid crystal layer, and because the matrix electrode is coupled to the common electrode signal, no voltage difference exists between the matrix electrode and the common electrode, and no matter in condition of being electrified or not electrified, the liquid crystal layer between the matrix electrode and the common electrode of the array substrate is not orientated and constantly appears in an opaque state so that no interference generates to light between adjacent pixels of the panel to eliminate the large view angle color washout of the panel and to improve the display quality of the LTPS display panel.
