Abstract: The present disclosure provides a charging gun including a cable, an outer casing and a strain relief structure. The outer casing includes a first case and a second case, wherein the first case is detachably assembled with the second case. The strain relief structure includes a first portion, a second portion and a plurality of first ring-shaped protrusions. The first portion is detachably assembled with the second portion, the first portion is disposed on the first housing, and the second portion is disposed on the second housing. When the first case is assembled and connected with the second case, the first portion is assembled and connected with the second portion, and at least a part of a surface of the cable is covered by the strain relief structure, and the strain relief structure is clamped between the cable and the outer casing.

Abstract: An outdoor power unit or lawn mower has an electrical port that receives current from an alternator powered by the lawn mower engine. The current and voltage sent the electrical port depend on a flywheel and stator arrangement operatively connected to the alternator. The stator may be replaceable or interchangeable to selectively determine the alternator current and voltage output. The port receives a plug from a garment worn by the lawn mower operator. Alternatively, the outdoor power unit may be an entirely electric device free of an internal combustion engine. The garment includes one or more thermo-electric elements that are powered from current extending through the port. The thermo-electric elements may be resistive heaters to warm the operator or TEC coolers to cool the operator. Furthermore, the garment may include a rechargeable battery that powers the thermo-electric elements when the plug is disconnected from the port.

Abstract: A self-aligning busbar assembly includes a housing, a busbar having a first terminal connecting end, a second terminal connecting end, and a jog portion disposed therebetween, and a front holder coupled to the housing and the busbar. Abstract: A vehicle electric wire includes: an electrical insulation coating layer which contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a compound containing a lanthanoid; and an electrical conductor which is coated with the electrical insulation coating layer. In the electrical insulation coating layer, a content of the plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin is 25 parts by mass or more and less than 50 parts by mass. Furthermore, when dynamic viscoelasticity measurement using a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement device is performed on the electrical insulation coating layer at 0.5 Hz in frequency and under a temperature rise condition of 2° C./minute in temperature rise speed in a single cantilever measurement mode, a storage modulus at 140° C. is 0.1 MPa or more. A wire harness includes the above vehicle electric wire.

Abstract: An electrical connector comprises a contact element capable of being coupled to a support element on which a wire is wound and a flexible sleeve mounted around the contact element to retain the contact element on the support element. The contact element has an inoperative undeformed position in which flexible walls of the contact element are outwardly divergent from one another and, when the contact element is fitted over the support element in the inoperative undeformed position, a cutting element of the contact element remains at a distance from the wire. The flexible sleeve is movable into a final operative position in which the flexible sleeve pushes the flexible walls toward an inwardly inclined position in which the cutting element cuts into the insulating material of the wire and forms an electrical connection with the wire.
