Abstract:
An EEPROM (1) is set to write mode when a program command to commence rewriting of data in region B in the EEPROM (1) is read out from region A. A CPU (2) then writes data specified by a latch (6) at an address in region B specified by a latch (4). In compliance with an inhibit signal INH, the CPU (2) now disregards the effects of the undefined output from the EEPROM (1) terminal DOUT.
Abstract:
A portable wordprocessor has a main body and a display support assembly hinged to the main body. The main body has an information entry keyboard, a function keyboard, a control circuit board and a floppy disk drive. The information entry keyboard and the function keyboard have key tops the heights of which do not exceed the height of the portion of the main body which accommodates the floppy disk drive. The information entry keyboard is disposed along the front edge of the main body, while the function keyboard is disposed between the information entry keyboard and the rear edge of the main body. The floppy disk drive is disposed in lateral alignment with the function keyboard. The display support assembly supports a liquid crystal display device which includes a liquid crystal display portion and a liquid crystal control circuit board which is disposed around the liquid crystal display portion and has a thickness which does not exceed the thickness of the liquid crystal display portion.

Abstract:
A method of manufacturing various shapes of bread that comprises the steps of forming a continuous sheet of bread dough, winding up the sheet of bread dough traveling on a horizontal conveyor from one of its sides into a bar of bread dough, causing the bar to fall from the downstream end of the conveyor, and cutting the falling dough body into dough pieces by means of squeezing it with the flat surfaces of a cutter, according to its preset weight or length.
Abstract:
A metal film high in reflectivity and excellent in adhesion to a synthetic resin substrate even in the case where the metal film is sufficiently thin, is formed on a surface of the substrate by sputtering a metal target through an inert gas ion beam drawn out of an ion source in a vacuum vessel. An aluminum film coated matter formed by coating a surface of a synthetic resin substrate with an aluminum film, is characterized in that the aluminum film contains aluminum crystals at a portion in the film at a depth of not more than 600 .ANG. from a film surface thereof which contacts with the substrate. The aluminum crystals has a relation in which a crystal axis perpendicular to a (111) plane is perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the film surface. Also, the aluminum crystals exhibits a diffraction X-ray spectrum of a (111) plane when measured by X-ray diffraction according to a diffractometer method under the following conditions: target: Cu, X-ray type: K.alpha. ray, measurement X-ray output: voltage 40 KeV, current 30 mA, longitudinal divergence limiting Sollar's slit: horizontal type, incident height limiting slit: 5 mm, incident slit: 0.4 mm, light-receiving Sollar's slit: vertical type, width limiting slit: 5 mm, diffraction X-ray monochromator: graphite horizontal plate, and diffraction method: .theta./2.theta. method.
Abstract:
An apparatus for producing a dough roll is provided, in which a dough piece is held between the conveying path of a conveyor and the parallel and spaced-apart projections extending along the conveying direction, or held between the similar projections of a conveyor and the lower surface of a belt or roller system, while being moved downstream, passes between a pair of vertically juxtaposed rollers to be uniformly stretched without any lateral deformation of the rear portion of the dough piece due to irregularly gathered gases therein, and a symmetrically formed dough roll is produced.
