Abstract: A fluid transportation device for transportation fluid comprises a valve main body, a valve chamber base, a valve membrane, an actuator and a cover body, and locked and positioned by several locking elements, the electrically conductive locking elements are correspondingly penetrated through the penetration holes of the valve main body, the valve chamber base and the vibration plate of the valve membrane to lock with the corresponding screw holes, and a plurality of thread grooves respectively disposed on the vibration plate, the valve main body and the valve chamber base are corresponding to two thread grooves of the cover body, and an electrode lead of the piezoelectric element is embedded into the two thread grooves of the cover body and embedded into the thread grooves of the vibration plate, valve main body and the valve chamber base, so that the fluid transportation device is assembled.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a casing and an actuating and sensing module. The casing includes at least one inlet aperture, at least one vent aperture, a first chamber, a second chamber and at least one communication channel. The communication channel is connected between the first chamber and the second chamber. The actuating and sensing module includes an actuating device and a sensor. The actuating device is disposed within the first chamber and closes the inlet aperture. The actuating device further includes a first protective film. The sensor is disposed within the second chamber. When the actuating device is enabled, a gas is guided into the first chamber through the inlet aperture, and the gas is transferred to the second chamber through the communication channel so as to be monitored by the sensor. After the gas is monitored, the gas is outputted from the vent aperture.

Abstract: A miniature fluid control device includes a piezoelectric actuator, a gas collecting plate and a base. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, at least one bracket and a piezoelectric ceramic plate. The suspension plate is a square plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A surface of the outer frame and a surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. The gas collecting plate is a frame body with an accommodation space. The base includes a gas inlet plate and a resonance plate. The base is disposed within the accommodation space to seal the piezoelectric actuator. An adhesive layer is arranged between the second surface of the outer frame of the piezoelectric actuator and the resonance plate. Consequently, a depth of a compressible chamber between the piezoelectric actuator and the resonance plate is maintained.

Abstract: A miniature pneumatic device includes a miniature fluid control device and a miniature valve device. The miniature fluid control device includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a gas collecting plate. A first chamber is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator. After a gas is fed into the gas inlet plate, the gas is transferred to the first chamber through the resonance plate and then transferred. Consequently, a pressure gradient is generated to continuously push the gas. The miniature valve device includes a valve film and a gas outlet plate. After the gas is transferred from the miniature fluid control device to the miniature valve device, the valve opening of the valve film is correspondingly opened or closed and the gas is transferred in one direction. Consequently, a pressure-collecting operation or a pressure-releasing operation is selectively performed.

Abstract: A gas detecting module includes a carrying plate, a sensor, a compartment body and an actuator. The carrying plate has a substrate and a gas opening. The compartment body is divided into a first compartment and a second compartment by a partition plate. The first compartment has an opening. The second compartment has an outlet and accommodates the actuator. The bottom of the compartment body has an accommodation recess receiving the carrying plate, whereby the gas opening is aligned with the outlet, and the sensor packaged on the substrate is disposed within the first compartment through the opening. The partition plate has a notch. The gas detecting module is assembled in a slim-type portable device having a casing. The casing has an inlet aligned with the first compartment. As the actuator is actuated, ambient gas is inhaled into the first compartment, and the sensor detects the gas flowing therethrough.

Abstract: A three-dimensional integrated circuit cooling system is provided for removing heat from a three-dimensional integrated circuit. Plural fluid microchannels are formed among plural middle chip layers and a main chip layer of the three-dimensional integrated circuit. The three-dimensional integrated circuit cooling system comprises a base and a fluid pump. The base has an introduction opening, a discharge opening and a fluid passage. The fluid pump is fixed on the base and seals the edge of the introduction opening. When the fluid pump is enabled, an ambient fluid is driven by the fluid pump, introduced into the fluid passage through the introduction opening, and discharged through the discharge opening. The discharged fluid passes along every fluid microchannel of the three-dimensional integrated circuit as flowing through the plural middle chip layers and the main chip layer so as to perform heat exchange therewith.

Abstract: A positive airway pressure apparatus is disclosed and includes a mask, a micro pump and a processor. The mask is fastened on a user's face and is spatially corresponding to an airway opening of the user, so as to form a closed space. The micro pump is assembled with the cover and is in fluid communication with the exterior of the mask. The processor transmits an actuation control signal to the micro pump so as to actuate the micro pump. Consequently, air is transported into the closed space from the exterior of the mask, and a positive pressure airflow is formed and flows into the airway of the user. A pressure sensor is disposed within the closed space to detect the pressure of the closed space, so that the processor can determine the respiratory state of the user and control the air pressure output of the micro pump correspondingly.
