    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a square suspension plate, an outer frame, a plurality of brackets and a square piezoelectric ceramic plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A second surface of the outer frame and a second surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. Each of the plurality of brackets has two ends, a first end is perpendicular to and connected with the suspension plate, and a second end is perpendicular to and connected with the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate. Each bracket has a length in a range between 1.22 mm and 1.45 mm and a width in a range between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm. A length of the piezoelectric ceramic plate is not larger than a length of the suspension plate. The piezoelectric ceramic plate is attached on a first surface of the suspension plate.

    Abstract: A fluid system includes a fluid active region, a fluid channel, a convergence chamber and plural valves. The fluid active region includes at least one fluid-guiding unit. The fluid-guiding unit is enabled under control to transport fluid to be discharged out through the outlet aperture. The fluid channel is in communication with the outlet aperture of the fluid active region, and has plural branch channels to split the fluid discharged from the fluid active region. The convergence chamber is in communication with the fluid channel. The valves each of which is disposed in the corresponding branch channel, wherein the fluid is discharged out through the branch channels according to opened/closed states of the valves under control. The fluid system of the present disclosure is capable of acquiring required flow rate, pressure and amount of the fluid to be transported.

    Abstract: A gas transportation device includes a casing, a nozzle plate, a chamber frame, an actuator, an insulating frame and a conducting frame, which are stacked sequentially. The casing has a conduit protruding outwardly from the casing and aligned with a discharging opening. The conduit has a guiding channel and an outlet. The guiding channel has a cone shape and is tapered from an end proximate to the discharging opening to the other end proximate to the outlet. The actuator, the chamber frame and the suspension plate collaboratively define a resonance chamber. When the actuator is driven, the nozzle plate is subjected to resonance and the suspension plate of the nozzle plate vibrates in a reciprocating manner. Consequently, the gas is transported to a gas-guiding chamber through at least one gap and outputted from the discharging opening.

    Abstract: A gas transportation device includes a casing, a nozzle plate, a chamber frame, an actuator, an insulating frame and a conducting frame, which are stacked sequentially. The nozzle plate includes at least one bracket, a suspension plate and a through hole. The bracket includes a fixing part and a connecting part. A shape of the fixing part matches a shape of the fixing recess. The nozzle plate is accommodated within the accommodation space. A resonance chamber is defined by the actuator, the chamber frame and the suspension plate collaboratively. When the actuator is enabled, the nozzle plate is subjected to resonance and the suspension plate of the nozzle plate vibrates in the reciprocating manner. Consequently, the gas is transported to a gas-guiding chamber through the at least one vacant space and outputted from the discharging opening, thereby achieving the gas transportation and circulation.

    Abstract: A fluid control device includes a piezoelectric actuator and a deformable substrate. The piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element and a vibration plate. The piezoelectric element is attached on a first surface of the vibration plate. The piezoelectric element is subjected to deformation in response to an applied voltage. The vibration plate is subjected to a curvy vibration in response to the deformation of the piezoelectric element. A bulge is formed on a second surface of the vibration plate. The deformable substrate includes a flexible plate and a communication plate, which are stacked on each other. Consequently, a synchronously-deformed structure is defined by the flexible plate and the communication plate collaboratively, and there is a specified depth maintained between the flexible plate and the bulge of the vibration plate. The flexible plate includes a movable part corresponding to the bulge of the vibration plate.
