    Abstract: A ring installation device for installing a ring to a part includes an inner mandrel which is tapered in order to expand the ring. An outer mandrel is tubular such that the inner mandrel is received within the outer mandrel and such that the inner mandrel is moveable within the outer mandrel along an axis. A ring stripper is tubular such that the outer mandrel is receive within the ring stripper and such that the outer mandrel is moveable within the inner mandrel along the axis. The inner mandrel is moveable along the axis relative to the outer mandrel and the ring stripper from an inner mandrel first position to an inner mandrel second position. The outer mandrel is moveable by the inner mandrel along the axis relative to the ring stripper from an outer mandrel first position to an outer mandrel second position.

    Abstract: A fuel pump includes a pump head defining a barrel in which a plunger is slidable to pressurise fuel in a pumping chamber, and a fluid-inlet path through which fuel flows in to the pumping chamber under control of an inlet valve during a plunger return stroke.     Abstract: A control valve arrangement includes a valve body with a filling chamber with a filling hole. A filling valve is arranged in the filling chamber for opening or closing a first fluid communication controlling filling of a first control chamber, the filling valve having a filling valve member with a moving valve seat, the filling valve member being normally biased open by a first spring. A control valve opens and closes a second fluid communication for controlling the emptying of the first control chamber, the control valve being normally biased closed by a second spring. A plug is arranged in the valve body for closing the filling chamber, the plug being provided with an opening which cooperates with the moving valve seat, the opening defining the first fluid communication between the filling chamber and the first control chamber.

    Abstract: A method for assessing a thermal path associated with an integrated circuit includes identifying a heat application mode based on a design type of the integrated circuit. The method also includes measuring a first temperature of at least one thermal sensing device associated with the integrated circuit. The method also includes applying heat to at least a portion of the integrated circuit according to the heat application mode. The method also includes measuring a second temperature of the at least one thermal sensing device. The method also includes determining a difference between the first temperature and the second temperature. The method also includes determining whether a thermal path between the integrated circuit and an associated substrate is sufficient based on a comparison of the difference between the first temperature and the second temperature with a predetermined difference between an initial temperature and a subsequent temperature of the at least one thermal sensing device.
