    Abstract: A miniature gas transportation device includes a gas outlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a covering member. The gas outlet plate includes a gas outlet pipe, a gas outlet hole and plural protrusion structures. The gas outlet pipe is disposed on a first surface of the gas outlet plate. The gas outlet hole is formed in the gas outlet pipe and runs through the gas outlet plate to output gas from the miniature gas transportation device. The plural protrusion structures are disposed on a second surface of the gas outlet plate. A space between every two adjacent protrusion structures of the plural protrusion structures is defined as a vent portion. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, a bracket and a piezoelectric element. The bracket is arranged between the suspension plate and the outer frame. The piezoelectric element is attached on the suspension plate.

    Abstract: A fluid transportation device comprises a valve main body, a valve chamber base, a valve membrane, an actuator and a cover body. The valve main body comprises an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The valve chamber base comprises an inlet valve passage, an outlet valve passage and a compressible chamber communicating therewith. The valve membrane is arranged between the valve main body and the valve chamber base, having two valve plates respectively form a valve switch structure which seal the inlet valve passage and the outlet valve passage. The actuator covers the compressible chamber. The cover body covers the actuator and has a plurality of screw holes, which are corresponding to the penetration holes of the valve main body, the valve chamber base and the actuator, and several locking elements are inserting the penetration holes and locked with the screw holes to assemble the fluid transportation device.

    Abstract: A micro-gas pressure driving device includes a miniature gas transportation module, a covering plate and a tube plate. The miniature gas transportation module includes a convergence plate, a resonance membrane and a piezoelectric actuator. When the piezoelectric actuator is activated to feed a gas into an input tube of the tube plate, the gas is sequentially transferred through a first input chamber, a second input chamber, an inlet, a convergence channel and a central opening of the convergence plate, a central aperture of the resonance membrane, and transferred downwardly through the piezoelectric actuator and an output chamber, and outputted from an output tube of the tube plate. The first input chamber is arranged between the covering plate and the input tube. The second input chamber is defined between the covering plate and the convergence plate. The output chamber is defined between the tube plate and the piezoelectric actuator.

    Abstract: An air-cooling heat dissipation device is provided for removing heat from an electronic component. The air-cooling heat dissipation device includes a base and an air pump. The base includes a passage, an introduction opening and a discharge opening. The electronic component is covered by the base. The electronic component is disposed within the passage. The air pump is fixed on the base and sealing the edge of the introduction opening. When the air pump is enabled, an ambient air is introduced into the passage through the introduction opening to remove the heat from the electronic component, and the air heated by the electronic component is exhausted through the discharge opening.

    Abstract: A miniature fluid control device includes a piezoelectric actuator, a gas collecting plate and a base. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame, at least one bracket and a piezoelectric ceramic plate. The suspension plate is a square plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A surface of the outer frame and a surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. The gas collecting plate is a frame body with an accommodation space. The base includes a gas inlet plate and a resonance plate. The base is disposed within the accommodation space to seal the piezoelectric actuator. An adhesive layer is arranged between the second surface of the outer frame of the piezoelectric actuator and the resonance plate. Consequently, a depth of a compressible chamber between the piezoelectric actuator and the resonance plate is maintained.

    Abstract: A miniature pneumatic device includes a miniature fluid control device and a miniature valve device. The miniature fluid control device includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a gas collecting plate. The gas collecting plate has a length in a range between 6 mm and 18 mm and a width in a range between 6 mm and 18 mm. A gap is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator to define a first chamber. When the piezoelectric actuator is driven and after the gas is fed into the gas inlet plate, the gas is transferred to the first chamber through the resonance plate and then transferred downwardly. The miniature valve device comprises a valve plate and a gas outlet plate. The gas is transferred from the miniature fluid control device to the miniature valve device so as to perform pressure-collecting operation or pressure-releasing operation.
