Abstract: A transmission line vibration reduction device based on an eddy current energy consumption technology is provided, which can effectively reduce the vibration in the direction perpendicular to a transmission line, that is, the vibration in the direction of the most unfavorable load of a transmission tower structure under normal conditions, and can effectively improve the bearing capacity of a line iron tower; can greatly improve the energy consumption efficiency by carrying out energy consumption using an eddy current technology and by adjusting the gear radius ratio, and can effectively reduce the vibration of the transmission line; can realize the adjustment of damping parameters by adjusting the magnetic field intensity of permanent magnets and the distance between a copper sheet and each permanent magnet; can generate a long-term stable vibration reduction effect by using the permanent magnets to provide continuous magnetic field sources without outside energy.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of modeling and simulation of an aeroengine, and provides a method of modeling, simulation and fault injection for a combined high pressure gear pump for an aeroengine, which comprises: extracting the flow regions of a centrifugal pump and a gear pump in the aeroengine and merging into a combined flow region; dividing the combined flow region into different units according to a working principle; meshing each unit by a finite element analysis method, and setting boundary conditions and media parameters; simulating in Pumplinx to obtain the operation performance of the pumps, and adjusting the lateral clearance of the gear to debug the simulation model till a simulation error is within 5%; and then setting faults based on the debugged model to obtain the change of the operation performance of the pumps under the faults.

Abstract: A method for establishing a geometrical imperfection database of aerospace thin-walled structures is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: 1) design the shell quality inspection card that is suitable and convenient to measure the geometrical imperfections for field workers. Obtain the parameters and geometrical imperfections of shells by filling data of measurement points in the shell quality inspection card; 2) perform characteristics combing, mathematical description and component analysis for the geometrical imperfections obtained in the first step; 3) collect and analyze the geometrical imperfection information of multiple aerospace thin-walled shells and establish the geometrical imperfection database based on the first step and second step. The method will effectively serve the development of aerospace equipment, shorten the design cycle and provide guidance and specifications for the design of the thin-walled components carrying main load.

Abstract: A method for the rapid detection of the linear axis angular error of an NC machine tool, belongs to the technical field of NC machine tool testing. Firstly, the measuring device is mounted on the linear axis. Then, the linear axis moves at three different speeds at a constant speed, and the upper measurement system automatically performs multi-channel acquisition and storage of the motion measurement's point measurement data. Then, based on the same geometric error signal, it is decomposed into the different frequency components, and the measurement angle error is filtered at the different speeds. Finally, the measurement angle errors at the three speeds after filtering are superimposed to complete the rapid measurement of the linear axis angular error of the machine tool. The measurement efficiency is high and data processing capability is strong.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of trace gas detection, and relates to a multi-cavity semi-open resonant photoacoustic cell and a multi-gas simultaneous measurement system. The photoacoustic cell includes multiple resonant cavities. Each resonant cavity has a unique length and a unique resonant frequency, so each resonant cavity corresponds to one to-be-measured gas. A sensitive diaphragm of an acoustic sensor is fixed on one end face of the photoacoustic cell. Photoacoustic signals of different frequencies generated in the resonant cavities act on the sensitive diaphragm of the acoustic sensor, causing the sensitive diaphragm of the acoustic sensor to vibrate periodically. Concentration information of multiple to-be-measured gases can be obtained by analyzing the vibration of the sensitive diaphragm of the acoustic sensor.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a novel biochip substrate, a preparation method and an application thereof. The surface of the novel biochip substrate contains active vinyl sulfone groups. The preparation method involves a one-step reaction of a compound containing vinyl sulfone groups on both ends with a silicon-hydroxyl group on the surface of a silicon-based biochip substrate material under catalytic conditions, to prepare the biochip substrate. The application immobilizes biomacromolecules by conducting Michael addition of amino or sulfydryl group in biomacromolecules and the vinyl sulfone group on the surface of the biochip substrate, realizing biological functionalization thereof. The biochip substrate has high-density active vinyl sulfone groups, which can be used for immobilization of various biomolecules with mild fixation conditions and simple operation. The preparation method does not require complex pretreatment processes, and has high operability and reproducibility, low cost, mild reaction conditions, simple operation, and environmentally friendly, which is a broad-spectrum biochip substrate with great potential.

Abstract: The invention provides a large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibration device, which belongs to the technical field of vertical-torsional coupled free vibration device for wind tunnel test. The gear blocks are consolidated at both ends of the beam. The screws, beam, and the gear blocks are fixed on the model, and they can fulfil the vertical-torsional coupled free vibration. The toothed plate is attached to the sliding block that iteratively moving along the vertical guide rail which is fixed to the ground. The vertical springs attached to the sliding blocks provide both vertical and torsional linear stiffness for the suspension vibration system. The springs only have vertical linear tensile deformations without any lateral tilt, which ensures the linear vertical and torsional stiffness of the model, and the lateral freedom is effectively restrained. This device can achieve the large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibration of the model, and the deficiency of the traditional device where springs are apparently tilted and the inefficacy of linear stiffness can be avoided. The lateral vibration is restrained, and it is applicable to large-amplitude vertical-torsional coupled free vibrations.

Abstract: A kind of sawtooth structure with reversed cutting function and its drill series are presented in this invention. This invention is suitable for drilling low-damage holes on carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP). The sawtooth structure is comprised of sawteeth and grooves located on the cutting edges of drill. And the sawtooth structure is helically arranged with a specific helix angle around the axis of the drill. It can be classified as the left-hand helix sawtooth structure and the right-hand helix sawtooth structure based on the helix angle value. The bottom edges of the left-hand helix sawtooth structure are the cutting edges, and the rake angles are positive; while the top edges of the right-hand helix sawtooth are the cutting edge with the positive rake angles. The sawtooth structure can be applied to various drilling tools, which proves to be universal. And it can effectively reduce delamination at both hole entrance and hole exit as well as burrs defects. The series of drilling tools include the double point angle drill, the twist drill and the stepped drill all of which have the sawtooth structure on the cutting edges. These series of drilling tools can achieve the CFRP holes with minimum drilling defects. The drilling performance of the tools is improved to a great extent, the tool life is extended and the costs are reduced.
