    Abstract: A miniature fluid actuator is disclosed and includes a substrate, a chamber layer, a carrying layer and a piezoelectric assembly. The substrate has an inlet. The chamber layer is formed on the substrate and includes a first chamber in communication with the inlet, a resonance layer and a second chamber. The resonance layer has a central aperture in communication between the first chamber and the second chamber. The carrying layer includes a fixed region formed on the chamber layer, a vibration region, a connection portion and a vacant. The vibration region is located at a center of the fixed region and corresponding to the second chamber. The connection portion is connected between the fixed region and the vibration region. The vacant is formed among the fixed region, the vibration region and the connection portion. The piezoelectric assembly is formed on the vibration region.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a square suspension plate, an outer frame, a plurality of brackets and a square piezoelectric ceramic plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A second surface of the outer frame and a second surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. Each of the plurality of brackets has two ends, a first end is perpendicular to and connected with the suspension plate, and a second end is perpendicular to and connected with the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate. Each bracket has a length in a range between 1.22 mm and 1.45 mm and a width in a range between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm. A length of the piezoelectric ceramic plate is not larger than a length of the suspension plate. The piezoelectric ceramic plate is attached on a first surface of the suspension plate.

    Abstract: A conception of locating and completely cleaning indoor air pollution is provided. A plurality of physical or chemical first devices are disposed to determine characteristics, concentrations and locations of air pollution. A fan, a physical second device or a chemical second device is selected and enabled in accordance with the position closest to the location of the air pollution to generate an airflow. Various mathematical operations and artificial intelligence operations are implemented to improve efficiency of locating the air pollution, draining the air pollution and completely cleaning the air pollution. A wired and wireless network is utilized to optimize efficacy of the physical second device or the chemical second device. The mathematical operations are utilized through the wired and wireless network to maximize effects of the physical second device and the chemical second device for completely cleaning the air pollution.

    Abstract: A miniature transportation device is disclosed and includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate and a piezoelectric actuator, which are stacked on each other sequentially. The gas inlet plate comprises at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a convergence chamber. The convergence channel is in fluid communication with the inlet and the convergence channel. The resonance plate comprises a central aperture. A chamber gap is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator to define a first chamber. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the gas is fed into the miniature gas transportation device through the inlet of the gas inlet plate, converged to the convergence chamber through the convergence channel, transferred through the central aperture of the resonance plate, introduced into the first chamber, and transferred along a transportation direction through a vacant space of the piezoelectric actuator to be discharged continuously.

    Abstract: A gas transportation device is provided and includes an outer housing, a valve body and an actuator. The outer housing includes an outlet cover, an outlet end, an accommodation space, an inlet cover, and an inlet end. The valve body is in a circular shape and includes a gas outlet plate, a valve plate and a first plate stacked sequentially and disposed within the accommodation space. The actuator is in a circular shape, stacked and disposed on the valve body, includes a second plate, a frame and an actuating component. When the actuator is driven, through the structure of misalignment of the first orifices and the valve openings, the valve body is operated to open a flow path when an airflow is in a forward direction, and the valve body is operated to seal the flow path when the airflow is in a reverse direction.
