Abstract:
The gate latching device of this invention is optionally a one piece design, although it could be constructed by interconnecting several individual components. An alley post channel blank is formed in such a manner that it has protruding slotted tabs for bolting the post bracket to the floor. This feature allows the alley post bracket to be a direct replacement of the conventional post design for updating existing applications. The formed bracket is also optionally formed from one piece of steel and is provided with appropriate mounting holes installed. The formed bracket is optionally free from protruding tabs that can cause injury to personnel and livestock. A latch security plate activates automatically when the gate is closed. As soon as the gate is closed it is secure. The latch security plate can be applied in other applications, including wall brackets, feeder brackets, back to back brackets and other similar applications.
Abstract:
A damping device that includes an arm having a longitudinally extending slot and a cylinder cut-out defined therein, and a damping assembly secured in the cylinder cut-out. The damping assembly includes a cylinder housing with a chamber having a piston and fluid disposed therein. The piston includes a rod with a head on a distal end thereof that extends outside the cylinder housing and into the slot. The damping assembly includes a biasing member extending between the cylinder housing and the head.
Abstract:
A vehicle door opening and closing apparatus includes: a supporting member having an expandable and contractible shape and configured to be capable of holding a door at an opened position by being interposed between a body and the door, a socket provided on at least one of shaft end portions of the supporting member and configured to form a rotation coupling point of the supporting member by being fitted into a ball-shaped fitting portion at a coupling portion with respect to the supporting member, and a retaining ring provided in a fitting depression of the socket and capable of retaining the ball-shaped fitting portion in the fitting depression by reducing a diameter of the opening portion of the fitting depression. The socket is demountable from the shaft end portion in a state of being fitted to the ball-shaped fitting portion.
Abstract:
A stop device is provided for a vehicle slide door for an opening of a vehicle side body structure. The slide door is guided in a front-to-rear direction by a sliding door mechanism which moves the slide door on a rail fixed to the side body structure. The stop device comprises a bracket for securing to the side body structure near a rear end of the lower rail. The bracket includes a base having a forward end portion and a rear end portion. A full stopper is mounted to the rear end portion of the bracket, and a mid-stopper is mounted to the forward end portion of the bracket. A strengthening member is connected to and extends at least partially outwardly from the base. The strengthening member is provided at least partially below the full stopper. The strengthening member has a generally stepped configuration.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly includes a first connecting member, a second connecting member, a first fixing member, and a second fixing member. The first fixing member can extend through the first connecting member and the second connecting member. The first fixing member includes a first magnet. The second fixing member can extend through the second connecting member and be received in the first connecting member. The second fixing member includes a second magnet. The first fixing member is engaged with the second fixing member under the magnet force between the first magnet and the second magnet.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mechanism for a sliding-type glass pane, of those formed by a top guide profile, placed against the wall and provided with a rib on which a rolling element moves; a bottom guide; a suspension device and top retaining stops, in which the suspension device has a larger outer plate and two smaller inner plates, which define a space between them in which the rolling element is housed and in which the top retaining stops are provided with respective horizontal flats so as to retain the cylinders.
Abstract:
A side sliding door apparatus for a vehicle includes one of two sliding doors driven by an actuator, and the other moves in conjunction with the one sliding door via a direction converting mechanism. When the sliding door is in a closed condition, a latch rod is inserted into a lock hole to lock the sliding doors in the closed condition. A roller is pushed up on a cam surface when the sliding doors are opened, which releases the locking. An upper level surface of the cam surface forms an inclined surface with a downward gradient, which prevents the roller from unexpectedly going beyond the starting end of the upper level surface and dropping due to vibration or the like being applied to the slider in the unlocked condition, and prevents the locking with the locking mechanism in response to the next sliding door closing command.
Abstract:
A carriage which serves to hold a panel, has at least one running element such as a magnet, a wheel and/or a sliding element which is held by at least one corresponding magnetic element or supported on a running surface of an at least approximately U-profile or L-profile-shaped rail. The carriage comprises one or two carriage parts which can be anchored to the panel by mounting elements, such that the two carriage parts can be anchored on the opposing sides (4a, 4b) of the panel. One carriage part is further contemplated, which can be introduced into a groove arranged on the upper side of the panel between the sides and anchored there by the mounting elements. Further provided is a carriage and a mounting device which can be coupled to the carriage and to the glass panel with two assembly parts which are each formed or mounted on one side on the upper side or within a groove of the panel.
Abstract:
A delivery system, comprising the steps of: assigning field personnel to provide a delivery or service at a designated location; traveling to the designated location to provide an on-site delivery or service; remotely actuating an opening mechanism to open an emergency exit door; entering the designated location through the door opening; providing a delivery or service at the designated location; and closing the emergency exit door after the delivery or service has been substantially completed.
Abstract:
A vehicle slide door temporary setting jig (10) includes a door position holding mechanism (80) for holding a slide door (70) in a desired angular position relative to a vehicle body (20). The door position holding mechanism has an end extension (81) of one link lever (52) of a linkage (50) projecting beyond an associated link pin (51), an arcuate guide member (83) pivoted to the free end of an attachment frame (30) and configured to define a path of movement of a tip end portion of the end extension as the link lever turns about the link pin, and a resilient member (86) acting between the free end of the attachment frame and the arcuate guide member and resiliently urging the arcuate guide member against the tip end portion of the end extension.
