Abstract:
Disclosed is an organic silver complex compound in which an organic ligand, containing an amine group (—NH2) and a hydroxyl group (—OH), is bonded with aliphatic silver (Ag) carboxylate at an equivalent ratio of 2:1 to form a complex. Also disclosed is a conductive paste comprising: a silver source selected from the group consisting of silver oxide powder, silver powder and silver flake; and organic silver complex compound in which an organic ligand, containing an amine group and a hydroxyl group, is bonded with an organic silver compound to form a complex. The organic silver complex compound has high solubility in a solvent and is present in the liquid state at room temperature. Thus, an extra solvent is not used in a conductive pattern-forming paste containing the complex compound or is used in a small amount, such that the content of silver in the conductive pattern-forming paste can be increased. Also, the conductive pattern-forming paste containing the complex compound has high viscosity, and thus shows excellent stability without adding a dispersant and, at the same time, is easily industrially applied.

A retract control method of an HDD to prevent a head from landing on a disk due to a retract failure and an HDD using the same. The retract control method includes performing a retract operation of retracting a head on the ramp, determining whether the head is normally retracted on the ramp, when it is determined that the head is not normally retracted on the ramp, moving the head to a predetermined zone of a disk, and when the head arrives at the predetermined zone of the disk, parking the head in the predetermined zone of the disk by stopping a spindle motor. Accordingly, even when a retract operation fails, a reliable retract operation can be performed by retrying the retract operation while adjusting one or more retract parameters.

The present invention discloses a Montgomery multiplier for an RSA security module secured from a differential power analysis attack. The Montgomery multiplier includes the first filtering means for receiving the first input signal and the second input signal represented by an asynchronous double line method, and selectively outputting the second input signal according to a logical value of the first input signal, the first carry save adder for outputting a sum and a carry by adding up a carry signal and a sum signal generated in a previous calculation procedure and the output signal from the first filtering means, the second filtering means for receiving a logical value of a least significant sum of the first carry save adder as the third input signal and a modular operation factor as the fourth signal, and filtering the fourth input signal, the second carry save adder for generating a sum and a carry, by adding up the carry and the sum from the first carry save adder and the output from the second filtering means, a carry storing means and a sum storing means for storing the carry and the sum from the second carry save adder, respectively, a carry propagation adder for calculating the final result by adding up the data stored in the carry storing means and the sum storing means, and an operation completion sensing means for deciding operation completion according to the output signal from the second carry save adder. The Montgomery multiplier prevents hacking by the differential power analysis attack and composes an area-efficient circuit.
Abstract:
A high speed low powered 4-2 compressor according to the present invention performs an XOR/XNOR operation of input data by using a single input type NAND/NOR logic circuit and a dual input type NAND/NOR logic circuit. Thus, delays to generate complementary signals are avoided. In addition, the 4-2 compressor uses a single railed multiplexer instead of a dual railed multiplexer, so that gate drive nodes and internal load capacitance are reduced. As a result, circuit area and power consumption of the 4-2 compressor are reduced.

When potential of a specific point of a temperature change sensing unit gets lower by a thermistor, comparators compare sensed potential with set reference potential and supply actuation signals of switching elements in consecutive order so that specific LEDs are turned off in consecutive order.
