Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to realize an antibody or a fragment thereof specifically recognizing a cofilin 1 protein, and a method for detecting and testing gastrointestinal cancer with high detection performance, which comprises performing immunoassay of the cofilin 1 protein using the antibody or a fragment thereof. An immunoassay of cofilin 1 protein is characterized by measuring cofilin 1 or a fragment thereof in a sample using 2 or more types of anti-cofilin 1 monoclonal antibody or fragments thereof specifically recognizing different peptide regions in the amino acid sequence constituting the cofilin 1 protein.
Abstract:
In a radio frequency circuit for multi-mode operation on which multiple transceivers complying with multiple communication systems are disposed, signal interference between circuits is reduced. The PA 222, and the output matching networks 223a and 223b of GSM system, which are circuits independent of the circuit operation of W-CDMA, are disposed in a section of the shortest distance between the PA 121 that handles RF transmission signals of W-CDMA being a first communication system, a third output matching network and an isolator, and a receiver that handles RF received signal of W-CDMA, and in a section of the shortest distance between the PA 121 and the transmitter 130 of W-CDMA. The PA 222, which is a circuit independent of the circuit operation of W-CDMA, is disposed in a section of the shortest distance between the PA 121 and the inter stage filter 125 of W-CDMA.

Abstract:
An RF circuit module, in which a power amplifier and a transceiver are united, with reduced interference between its electronic circuit blocks, downsized and still having high performance, and with a stable performance not dependent on the ground land structure on the motherboard, is provided. The ground plane 110 for at least a last-stage amplifier 11 of the power amplifier 10 where the greatest power is generated in the whole RF circuit block, that is, the source of generating the greatest noise and heat for the RF circuit block, is isolated from the ground plane for at least one circuit portion of the transceiver 9 including an LNA 51, receiver 52, transmitter 30, and VCO 70. These ground planes are connected to a common ground plane 480 through different connection conductors, respectively.
Abstract:
High-frequency couplers and coupling techniques are described utilizing artificial composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL). Three specific forms of couplers are described; (1) a coupled-line backward coupler is described with arbitrary tight/loose coupling and broad bandwidth; (2) a compact enhanced-bandwidth hybrid ring coupler is described with increased bandwidth and decreased size; and (3) a dual-band branch-line coupler that is not limited to a harmonic relation between the bands. These variations are preferably implemented in a microstrip fabrication process and may use lumped-element components. The couplers and coupling techniques are directed at increasing the utility while decreasing the size of high-frequency couplers, and are suitable for use with separate coupler or couplers integrated within integrated devices.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention enable high-speed data recording on a magnetic recording medium. In one embodiment, a first section is provided at the recording and reproducing circuit IC side of the inter-connect substrate while a second section is provided at the head side and a third section is provided between a position closer to the head than a section crossed by a spring part of the suspension and the head. Then, the characteristic impedance of the third section recording line is set lower than that of the recording line in the second section except for the first and third sections and the wiring distance between the recording line and the reproducing line in the third section is set longer than that between the recording line and the reproducing line in each of the first and second sections. In addition, the output resistance of the recording and reproducing circuit IC is equated with the characteristic impedance of the main FPC recording line.
Abstract:
A surface of a work to be inspected is irradiated with an illumination unit for a coaxial incident illumination and an illumination unit for an oblique incident illumination driven to take its image by a camera at the same time. Each of the illumination units and comprises light sources emitting color lights R, G and B, respectively. One of the three kinds of light sources is lighted in the illumination unit and one or two of the light sources which are not lighted in the illumination unit are lighted in the illumination unit.

An ultrasonic operating apparatus having an ultrasonic oscillator to generate ultrasonic oscillation, an oscillation transmitting member for transmitting ultrasonic oscillation, which has a proximal end connected to the ultrasonic oscillator, a jaw which grasps a living tissue in a clearance to the distal end of the oscillation transmitting member, a control unit which opens/closes the jaw with respect to the distal end of the oscillation transmitting member, and an instruction unit which detects that the jaw is closed by the control unit, and instructs the ultrasonic oscillator to output oscillation energy to generate ultrasonic oscillation when the jaw is closed.
Abstract:
An ultrasonic treatment switch device includes an adapter, a switch, a switch fixing portion and an adapter fixing portion. The adapter is connected to a power source and having a handpiece fixing portion detachably attached to a handpiece having an ultrasonic transducer. The switch is connected to the power source and causes an electric signal to be output from the power source so that the ultrasonic transducer generates ultrasonic vibrations. The switch fixing portion is provided in the switch and detachably attached to the adapter. The adapter fixing portion is provided in the adapter. The switch fixing portion is attached to the adapter fixing portion.
