Abstract: A method for calibrating a phase nonlinearity of a digital-to-time converter is provided. The method includes generating, based on a control word, a reference signal using a phase-locked loop. A frequency of the reference signal is equal to a frequency of an output signal of the digital-to-time converter. Further, the method includes measuring a temporal order of a transition of the output signal from a first signal level to a second signal level, and a transition of the reference signal from the first signal level to the second signal level. The method additionally includes adjusting a first entry of a look-up table based on the measured temporal order.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry configured to decode control information of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) received via a resource within a control resource set (CORESET) occupying a subset of a plurality of OFDM symbols within a slot. At least one of the symbols in the subset coincides with a pre-defined symbol location associated with a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) of a PDSCH. The DM-RS can be detected within the slot, the DM-RS starting at a symbol location that is shifted from the pre-defined symbol location and following the subset of symbols. Downlink data scheduled by the PDCCH and received via the PDSCH can be decoded, where the decoding is based on the detected DM-RS.

For example, an EDMG station (STA) may be configured to generate an EDMG OFDM PPDU including at least a non-EDMG header (L-Header), an EDMG header, and a data field, the EDMG header including a spoofing error length indicator field configured to indicate whether or not a spoofing error of the EDMG OFDM PPDU is less than one OFDM symbol duration; and to transmit the EDMG OFDM PPDU over a channel bandwidth in a frequency band above 45 Gigahertz (GHz).

Abstract: A device and a method for mixed mode communication are disclosed. For example, a Bluetooth master device transmits data packets to a Bluetooth slave device and receives acknowledgments from the Bluetooth slave device, by controlling a transceiver to transmit the data packets based on a Bluetooth Basic Rate/Enhanced Data Rate (BR/EDR) protocol, and to receive the acknowledgements packet (ACK) based on a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol. In another example, a Bluetooth slave device receives the data packets from a Bluetooth master device and transmits acknowledgments to the Bluetooth master device, by controlling a transceiver to receive the data packets based on a BR/EDR protocol, and to transmit the ACK based on a BLE protocol.
