Abstract:
In a packet communications system, a control apparatus implements routing control of a received packet directed for the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a plurality of network interface cards; a communication manager configured to select at least one network interface card among from the plurality of network interface cards, in accordance with information regarding the network interface card; and an upper layer manager configured to receive the packet transmitted from the control apparatus, with using a selected network interface card.
Abstract:
A vehicle frame structure allowing a footrest to support an even larger force. A foot operation zone and a driver's footrest are disposed between a lower cross member disposed so as to extend laterally across front ends of a pair of left and right lower main frames and an upper cross member disposed upward of, and extending in parallel with, the lower cross member. Connection frames connecting the lower cross member with the upper cross member are disposed between the foot operation zone and the driver's footrest.
Abstract:
Provide a door device of a small-sized vehicle that can secure space for occupants. An openable door 70 is provided to a side of a vehicle body to cover an opening and a convex portion 75 that gets on a footboard 62 when the door 70 is closed is provided to an inside lower part of the door 70.

Abstract:
A linear heater is formed of an enamel wire composed of a heating wire and an enamel layer. The heating wire is made of a copper alloy containing silver, for example. The enamel layer is made of polyester imide (PEI), polyimide (PI) or polyamide imide (PAI), for example. The enamel layer is coated with an insulating coating layer. The insulating coating layer is made of fluororesin such as perfluoroalkoxy mixture (PFA), polyimide (PI), or polyamide imide (PAI). The linear heater is bonded to the lower surface of an upper toilet seat casing such that it is sandwiched between a metal foil and a metal foil made of aluminum, for example.
Abstract:
A seat support structure for facilitating assembly of a frame support member. The seat support structure includes a seat support portion mounted on a seat rail of a vehicle, the seat support portion having an opening portion; a mount rubber having an engaging groove portion on an outer peripheral portion thereof, an insertion portion arranged closer to a distal end side than the engaging groove portion, and a through hole penetrating through the mount rubber. Upon mounting the seat, the insertion portion of the mount rubber is inserted into the opening portion of the seat support portion, the portion of the seat to be supported is inserted into the through hole, and the mount rubber is moved in the radial direction in an inside of the opening portion, and a portion of a groove wall of the engaging groove portion is brought into pressure contact with the opening portion.
Abstract:
A dimmer switch takes the form of a rotary switch including a stationary portion fixed to a vehicle and an operable rotary portion, and is constructed such that switching between a high beam position and a low beam position is made by a rotational operation in opposite directions at a same position in an axial direction of the rotary portion. In addition, the rotary portion is slideable in the axial direction, and a rotational operation to switch from the low beam position to the off position can not be made without the axial sliding movement of the rotary portion. Hence, switching from one of the high beam, low beam, and off positions to another can be made by a same rotational operation, while an erroneous operation to switch to the off state when a switching from high beam to low beam is prevented.
Abstract:
An electrostatic deflector that can be manufactured easily and very accurately without using a member for positioning is provided. After multiple slits 81d to 88d have been formed in the same direction as that of the bus bar of an approximately conical electrode material 100 whose large-diameter section is formed with flange portions 81a to 88a for installation on an insulator 90, each of the flange portions is coupled with the insulator 90, then the electrode material 100 is cut along extension lines of the slits 81d to 88d, and thus, multiple electrode members electrically isolated from one another are formed.
Abstract:
A backrest structure capable for a vehicle having seats that are supported on a vehicle body frame via a seat frame as a seat support member. Each of the seats includes a seat back as a backrest supporting a back of a driver. The seat back is removably mounted in the seat frame, thereby permitting positional adjustments in vertical and longitudinal directions to fit a body type of the driver. The resulting configuration makes driving of the vehicle easier.
Abstract:
Provided is a mobility management node capable of forming a paging area, without need for management of a migration history at a mobile node and for notification of a migration history from a mobile node to a network. In mobility management node (MAP) 1, mobility manager 66 lets binding cache 68 store a home address and a c/o address of each mobile node (MN) in correlation with each other. Migration history storage 70 stores a transition frequency of the c/o address stored in binding cache 68 in correlation with prefixes before and after transition. Migration history storage 70 defines paging area information by a set of prefixes included in combinations containing common prefixes, out of combinations of prefixes before and after transition with each of which a transition frequency over a predetermined reference value is correlated. Paging controller 72 notifies the MN of this paging area information.
