    Abstract: A vent unit includes a bezel installed on a vehicle and formed in a ring shape with a flow hole at the center, and a spacer overlapping and coupled to the bezel and formed in a ring shape rotating relative to the bezel. The bezel has a plurality of first through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another, and the spacer has a plurality of second through-holes circumferentially spaced apart from one another such that conditioning air is discharged to an interior through the second through-holes and the first through-holes when the second through-holes are aligned with the first through-holes by circumferential rotation. The vent unit further includes a wing disposed in the flow hole of the bezel and coupled to the spacer through a hinge shaft. The wing controls discharge of conditioning air through the flow hole by axially rotating, and circumferentially relatively rotating together with the spacer.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle tray and, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is to prevent a cover slidably provided inside a tray body from moving by vibration generated when a vehicle travels and, simultaneously, to prevent, in advance, the generation of friction noise when protrusions come into contact with guide rails provided in the tray body even when the cover is operated. The present invention comprises: a tray body (100) having an accommodation part (110) of which the upper side is open; the guide rails (300) fixedly provided, respectively, at both the left and right sides of the accommodation part (110); and a cover (200) having the guide protrusions (210), which are formed to respectively protrude from both the left and right sides thereof and slide while being guided along the guide rails (300). In order to achieve the present invention, protrusion parts (211) having mounting grooves (211a) protrude from the front and rear end portions of the guide protrusion (210) of the cover (200), and a silicone ring (400) having elastic force itself and having an outer surface coming into contact with the inner wall surface of the guide rail (300) is provided at the protrusion part (211) in a state in which the inner surface thereof is mounted in the mounting groove (211a).

    Abstract: An air vent knob assembly includes an air vent wing coupled to an assembly hole of a knob. A front stopper is formed on the front surface and a knob fitting groove is formed on the rear surface of the air vent wing. An assembly groove is formed inside the assembly hole of the knob and a piece of rubber is assembled into the assembly groove. A front slide groove is formed on the piece of rubber wherein the front stopper of the air vent wing is fitted and moved in the front slide groove. A rear stopper is formed on both ends of the rear portion of the knob. Wherein the front stopper contacts ends of the front slide groove and the rear stopper contacts sides of the knob fitting groove upon full movement of the knob relative to the air vent wing in both directions.

    Abstract: A dual damper device or damper assembly of a vehicle air vent includes a dial support; a dial knob coupled with the dial support so as to rotate in one direction or another direction; a gear bush having an upper end portion coupled to a bottom of the dial knob, and a pinion gear formed at a lower portion; a guide gear having a rack gear part at one side thereof and engaging the pinion gear so as to move forward or backward; and a damper provided to an air channel of a duct housing so as to rotate in one side direction or another side direction. The damper is coupled to the guide gear so that the damper moves according to an amount of a forward or backward movement of the guide gear.

    Abstract: A device for opening and closing a damper using a knob of an air vent in a vehicle includes: a wing knob coupled to a horizontal wing mounted in an outlet of an air duct such that the wing knob is slidably movable on the horizontal wing; a first rack gear formed on a rear surface of the wing knob; a transfer gear body meshing with the first rack gear and rotatably mounted on upper and lower vertical wing support frames; a cam gear coaxially and rotatably connected to a lower portion of the transfer gear body; a slider mounted to a bottom surface of the air duct such that the slider is movable in a forward or backward direction on the bottom surface of the air duct, wherein the slider moves forward or backward while contacting the cam gear at a time of rotation of the cam gear; second rack gears formed at both side surfaces of the slider; and damper gears meshing with the second rack gears and rotatably mounted on the bottom surface of the air duct. The damper is coaxially connected to the damper gears and disposed in the air duct.

    Abstract: Provided is a lighting device for an automobile air vent. The lighting device for an automobile air vent has a variable resistor, a light emitter, a light guide, and a diffusion plate. The variable resistor is connected to a knob of an air vent and is configured to vary resistance according to a manipulation amount of the knob. The light emitter is connected to the variable resistor and is configured to emit light such that brightness or color of the light is varied according to the variable resistance varied by the variable resistor. The light guide is configured to guide the light emitted by the light emitter. The diffusion plate is installed in an air vent housing of the air vent and is configured to diffuse the light guided through the light guide.
