Abstract:
As moisture flowing down along side edges of a pillar A or a windshield comes into contact with a dash panel, guide paths are formed so that such moisture flows along predetermined paths, a drainage hole is formed at an end of the guide paths to guide the guided moisture to a surface of a dash insulation facing a dash panel, thereby preventing moisture from flowing down along the surface of the dash insulation to be accumulated in electronic devices of the cluster and the like, thereby enabling safe driving. In addition, such guide paths are formed at upper corner portions of a dash insulation, and the guide path formed at a passenger seat is formed so that collected moisture naturally flows down due to gravity through side edges of the dash insulation, thereby achieving secure and safe use without affecting nearby electronic devices.
Abstract:
An opening structure for a roof airbag includes: a roof lining having an opening; the roof airbag disposed at an interior side of the roof lining; a roof airbag door disposed at the opening in the roof lining at a position where the roof airbag is deployed; and a fixation unit positioned between the roof airbag door and the roof lining. The roof airbag door has an outer lining inserted into and overlapping the roof lining.
Abstract:
A vanity lamp is inserted such that a flange is in close contact with an edge of a mounting hole formed in a surface of a headliner, and a wing is rotated to be in close contact with the surface of the headliner to perform provisional assembling such that an edge portion of the mounting hole is provisionally assembled between the flange and the wing, thereby provisionally assembling the vanity lamp to the headliner without additionally mounting a lamp plate. Particularly, the wing is formed on the vanity lamp to be forcibly rotated, and a ledge is formed on a foldable central portion such that the wing is hooked on the ledge while facing the flange, and thereby anyone can easily and conveniently perform assembly by easily provisionally assembling the vanity lamp in the mounting hole.
Abstract:
In the present invention, a laser pointer is mounted on an upper mold and formed to mark a position of an auxiliary raw material disposed on a raw material disposed on a lower mold so that everyone can easily accurately arrange the auxiliary raw material at a predetermined position and molds the auxiliary raw material to improve a molding efficiency. In particular, in the present invention, the laser pointer is formed to mark vertex positions of the auxiliary raw material so that an operator can arrange vertexes of the auxiliary raw material at the predetermined position to quickly arrange the auxiliary raw material at the predetermined position and accurately mold the auxiliary raw material. In this case, in the present invention, at least two laser points are mounted along an edge of the upper mold to mark vertices of the auxiliary raw material so that the auxiliary raw material can be more quickly accurately disposed at the predetermined position and integrally molded.
Abstract:
A roof vent includes a roof disposed on a vehicle and a vent assembly. The vent assembly has at least one vent unit disposed on the roof and configured to enter the roof, a driving unit driving the vent unit, and at least one rack unit applying the driving force of the driving unit to the vent unit. The vent unit enters the roof due to operation of the driving unit.
Abstract:
A vehicle headliner is equipped with an air vent system, which includes a vent base member having a surface which faces a roof panel and on which a roof duct is mounted. The vent base member has multiple vent holes so that a fluid is sprayed toward a vehicle interior. A breathable surface layer is mounted on a surface of the vent base member which is exposed to the vehicle interior. The vent base member may include a polyurethane foam, fiberglass mats, which are attached to both surfaces of the polyurethane foam by glue, respectively, and non-woven fabrics, which are attached through hot melt films to surfaces of the fiberglass mats, respectively, which are opposite to the surfaces attached to the polyurethane foam.
Abstract:
A fixture for a vehicle, which is configured so that a plurality of retaining arms inserted into and caught by a coupling hole formed in a body panel are located on an imaginary circle, and arranged in the form of a cone so as to absorb an external force, thereby being easily assembled, and which is capable of dispersing and absorbing twisting generated when an indoor handle installed using the fixture is used. In the fixture for the vehicle, even-numbered retaining arms are formed to face each other on the imaginary circle, such that an external force generated when the indoor handle is used is dispersed and absorbed regardless of an applied direction of the external force, and a separation or an escape of the fixture is prevented, and thus a noise and a safety accident are reduced.
Abstract:
A method of mounting a cable on a headliner and a headliner used therefor, that are capable of simplifying an attachment process by attaching the cable to the headliner using an attaching cloth, and preventing the attached cable from being easily separated from the headliner and securely fixing the cable to reduce generation of noises. The method is capable of easily recognizing a cable mounting position and arbitrarily adjusting the cable mounting position to a width of an attaching cloth. A worker may easily perform an assembly process by attaching the cable using the attaching cloth, separating an incorrectly attached cable and then attaching the cable thereto again. The attaching cloth may be at a mounting position of a headliner opposite to a roof panel and at which a cable is mounted, and at an outer circumferential surface of the cable, respectively.
Abstract:
A camera and a black box for a vehicle are accommodated in the headliner to minimally expose the black box to the inside of the vehicle, preventing robbery of or damage to the black box and not spoiling the interior design of the vehicle.A headliner is integrated with four cameras installed at corners of the headliner to photograph required videos in front and rear, and both sides of the vehicle, obtaining videos of surroundings of the vehicle. In addition, provided is a headliner integrated with a camera of a black box for a vehicle capable of photographing videos of surroundings of the vehicle and the inside thereof using the camera of the black box and thus simultaneously obtaining a basic function of the black box and a function of observing the inside of the vehicle. The black box is installed at the headliner.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to providing a vehicle luggage board to be used as a cart in which a luggage board provided as a basic component in a vehicle and installed on a floor of a trunk is used and is transformed into and used as a cart as necessary, by taking the luggage board out and transforming it into and conveniently using it as the cart whenever the cart is needed without additional components or lowering utilization of limited space. Particularly, the present invention is also directed to providing a vehicle luggage board to be used as a cart, in which cloth members are used as both side surfaces to minimize a total thickness of a luggage board and firmly and fixedly support a front plate and a rear plate so that the cart can be safely and conveniently used.
