Abstract: The present invention provides an optical to electrical converter, which comprises an optical transmission unit, an electrical transmission unit and a rotating mechanism. The optical transmission unit is connected to the electrical transmission unit via the rotating unit, and the optical transmission unit and the electrical transmission unit can be rotated relative to each other by the rotating mechanism. Further, the electrical transmission unit is able to connect to a system end, such as a computer, and perform electrical signal transmission with the system end (computer), thereby enabling the system end (computer) having an optical transmission function via the optical to electrical converter.

Abstract: An optical transceiver includes a main board, a fiber joint, a circuit board, a transfer board, metal traces, photoelectric elements, a lens set, a connection base, and an amplifier. The fiber joint is coupled to the lens set and connection base for positioning plural optical fibers. The connection base is coupled to the main board, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the main board. The transfer board is disposed between the fiber joint and circuit board. Each of the metal traces is arranged on both of two neighboring surfaces of the transfer board. The photoelectric elements are respectively coupled to metal traces on the surface of the transfer board facing the fiber joint, and axially aim to the optical fibers, respectively. The amplifier electrically connects the circuit board and the photoelectric elements via the metal traces.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a compact-optic-connecting device for mounting on a motherboard of a computer, which includes an optic-receiving unit, an optic-launching unit, two flexible-circuit plates, a circuit board and a connecting interface. The optic-receiving unit and the optic-launching unit are connected to the bottom surface of the circuit board respectively via flexible-circuit plates. The connecting interface is connected to the bottom surface of the circuit board, and also connected to an external motherboard via the connecting interface. By virtue of such structure, the compact optic-connecting device can have a small length and size, and meanwhile to maintain a safety distance between the connecting interface and the optic-receiving unit, or the connecting interface and optic-launching unit, to prevent faulty conduction therebetween.
