    Abstract: Disclosed is a sample dispatcher configured for individually introducing a plurality of portions of one or more sample fluids into a flow of a mobile phase of a separation system configured for separating compounds of the sample fluids. The separation system comprises a mobile phase drive configured for driving the mobile phase through a separation unit configured for separating compounds of the sample fluids in the mobile phase. The sample dispatcher comprises a plurality of sample reservoirs, each configured for receiving and temporarily storing a respective sample fluid portion or at least a part thereof. The sample dispatcher is configured for selectively coupling one of the plurality of sample reservoirs between the mobile phase drive and the separation unit, and further for coupling at least two of the plurality of sample reservoirs in parallel between the mobile phase drive and the separation unit.

    Abstract: A valve arrangement includes a valve module and a base module. The valve module includes a stator and a rotor, which is rotatable relative to the stator such that at least one fluid connection is formable between the stator and the rotor. The base module includes at least a part of a force control mechanism for selectively implementing a force-releasing or force-coupling of the rotor and the stator, whereby the valve module and the base module are selectively coupleable to or decoupleable from each other.

    Abstract: A fluidic valve for switching between different fluid coupling states includes a stator having at least one fluidic stator interface, a rotor having at least one fluidic rotor interface, wherein the rotor is rotatable relative to the stator to thereby switch the fluidic valve between a plurality of different fluid coupling states between the at least one fluidic stator interface and the at least one fluidic rotor interface, and a force transmission mechanism configured for pressing the stator and the rotor together by a contactless force transmission to provide for a fluid tight sealing between the stator and the rotor.
