    Abstract: A system and method may include: providing to a device user in response to one of a user request for troubleshooting assistance and a mobile telecommunications user device monitoring software conclusion that a problem exists, a diagnostic application specific to the mobile telecommunication user device of the device user; receiving from the device user an indication of a problem with the mobile telecommunication user device experienced by the device user; selecting an application update; providing to the device user the application update updating an application running on the mobile telecommunication user device; and determining whether the problem has been solved. If determining indicates that the problem has not been solved the method may further include deleting the application and further determining whether the problem has been solved, and if so forwarding problem solution data to a knowledge database.

In one aspect, an incoming call is received from a device of a customer; a check for identification of the customer is done; an event history of the device is obtained; and a solution is provided to the customer using the event history.     Abstract: A system for validating installation correctness of a component in a test assembly includes a housing having a platform including a tiered surface. The tiered surface forms an abutment surface configured as a stop against which a test assembly is abutted. A plurality of cameras is positioned to capture different views of the test assembly. A processing device is configured to execute instructions to capture an image from each of the plurality of cameras of the test assembly that includes a plurality of components. Each of the plurality of components is analyzed within each image of the plurality of images. A matching score is determined and an indication of whether the plurality of components was correctly installed in the test assembly is generated.

    Abstract: Disclosed are devices and methods for displaying optimal locations for telecommunications equipment. In one embodiment, a method comprises simultaneously recording video footage and wireless signal strengths of a respective room in a plurality of rooms; storing the video footage and wireless signal strengths in a database; accessing the database and analyzing whether the video footage and wireless signal strengths include useful information; displaying one or more locations for telecommunications equipment on a floor plan of the respective room if the video footage and wireless signal strengths include useful information; and transmitting the video footage and wireless signal strengths to a technician if the video footage and wireless signal strengths do not include useful information.
