Abstract: An information processing apparatus may include a conversion unit, a transmission unit, and an instruction unit. The conversion unit acquires document data from a document management apparatus in response to a conversion request transmitted from an external device in a case where it is detected that a predetermined document operation is performed on the document data and converts the acquired document data into print data to be used by an image forming apparatus to output the document data.
