    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit assistance information indicating a type of in-device coexistence (IDC) interference at the UE, and indicating a set of associated interference parameters that correspond to an interference pattern of the IDC interference in a time domain, a frequency domain, or both. The set of interference parameters and the interference pattern may describe a pattern of the IDC interference in the time domain, the frequency domain, or both. The UE may receive a message indicating one or more operating parameters associated with a time period that is based on the interference pattern. The operating parameters may be based on the type of IDC, the set of interference parameters, and the interference pattern, and may enable the UE to communicate with a network entity to maintain signaling throughput while decreasing effects of the IDC interference.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication link between the UE and a serving base station may be established. The UE may measure, at an application layer of the UE, a set of quality of experience variables associated with different service types. The UE may measure, at an access stratum of the UE, a set of radio resource management variables associated with the communication link between the UE and the serving base station and a communication link between the UE and a corresponding set of one or more neighboring base stations associated with the communication links. The UE may transmit a measurement report to the serving base station indicating information associated with the quality of experience variables and the radio resource management variables in a multi-layer readable format.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to on-demand ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC) are provided. In one embodiment, a base station (BS) receives, from a user equipment (UE) in a first cell frequency, a request for a protocol data unit (PDU) session over a network slice. The BS receives, from a core network entity, a resource configuration request for the PDU session over the network slice. The BS transmits, to the core network entity, a resource configuration response indicating a cause for rejecting the resource configuration request. In one embodiment, a UE transmits, in a first cell frequency of a network, a network registration request message requesting a network slice of the network that is not provided by the first cell frequency. The UE receives a network registration response message indicating the network slice is allowed based on a second cell frequency of the network providing the network slice requested.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may select at least one target node for a radio resource control connection, wherein the user equipment is in a particular radio resource control communication state when the at least one target node is selected, and wherein the user equipment is configured to communicate using dual-connectivity, wherein context information associated with the user equipment is stored by the user equipment, a master node associated with the user equipment, and a secondary node associated with the user equipment based at least in part on the user equipment being in the particular radio resource control communication state; and/or transmit information to the at least one target node or the master node to cause the context information to be provided to the at least one target node.
