    Abstract: An ultrasonic device according to one aspect includes a case, a piezoelectric element, a sound absorbing material, and a vibration-proof material. The case defines a housing space. The piezoelectric element is disposed in the housing space. The sound absorbing material is disposed on a main face of the piezoelectric element and is made of a foaming material. The vibration-proof material is disposed around the sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material includes a first opposing face opposed to the main face. The first opposing face has an uneven shape in which a plurality of protruding portions and a plurality of depression portions are alternately continued, and is rougher than the main face.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric element body has a first principal surface and a second principal surface. A pair of first electrodes is disposed on the first principal surface. The vibrating body includes a metal plate, an insulating layer, and a pair of second electrodes. The metal plate has a third principal surface and a fourth principal surface. The insulating layer is disposed on the third principal surface. The pair of second electrodes is disposed on the insulating layer. The piezoelectric element and the vibrating body are disposed in such a manner that the first principal surface and the third principal surface oppose each other via the insulating layer. The pair of second electrodes physically contacts the respective first electrodes. The second electrodes are exposed from the piezoelectric element and are separated from all of edges of the insulating layer, when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the third principal surface.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a piezoelectric driving device 10 capable of moving the movable member 14 along the axis direction engaged in a movable manner to the axial direction with respect to the shaft 16. A pair of the external electrodes 26 and 27 respectively comprises the first external connection part 26a and the second external connection part 27a formed at the lower end face in Z axis direction by being insulated against each other. At the opposing face of the weight member 30 facing against the lower end face of the element 20, the first circuit pattern 36 and the second circuit pattern 37 are formed by being insulated against each other; and the first circuit pattern 36 and the second circuit pattern 37 are respectively connected to the first external connection part 26 and the second external connection part 27 by a metal bonding.
