Abstract:
A panel-shaped, rectangular construction panel that includes: a visible face; a base face located opposite to the visible face; two first shaped side faces that run parallel to each other, and two other, second shaped side faces, also parallel to each other, that run perpendicular to said side faces, wherein all of the side faces are bordered by the visible face and the base face; and at least one pair of locking mechanisms that are incorporated in the side faces of the construction panel, are compatible with each other and, when assembled, work together to allow for a separable connection between like construction panels.
Abstract:
Floorboards for installation of floors in herringbone pattern are formed with two opposite sides inverted relative to each other. The invention further comprises methods for producing and making floorings comprising such floorboards, as well as fitting pieces and sets of parts for such floorings.
Abstract:
Flooring material including floor boards (1) with an essentially square, rectangular or rhomboidal shape. The floor boards (1) are provided with edges (2), a horizontal lower side (5) and a horizontal decorative upper surface (3). The floor boards (1) are provided with lower joining lips (10) at two adjacent edges (2) while the two remaining edges (2) are provided with upper joining lips (20). The lower joining lips (10) are provided essentially vertical lower lip surfaces (11) arranged parallel to the closest edge (2). The lower lip surfaces (11) are intended to interact with mainly vertical upper lip surfaces (21) arranged on the upper joining lips (20). Two joined adjacent floor boards (1) are hereby locked together in a horizontal direction. The joining lips (10 and 20 respectively) are furthermore provided with one or more heels (31) intended to snap join with recesses (32) adapted thereto which, by being provided with essentially horizontal locking surfaces, limits vertical movement between two joined adjacent floor boards (1).

Abstract:
Mounting brackets used for mounting decorative panels to walls is provided. The mounting brackets may each include a substantially planar body having a front surface, a rear surface, a top end and a bottom end forming a height in between, and a first end and a second end, forming a length in between. The mounting brackets further include at least one hook rail protruding from the front surface of the body at an angle relative to the front surface. The hook rail runs along at least a portion of the length of the body. A hook rail of a first bracket interlocks with a hook rail of a second bracket when the second bracket is disposed in an upside position relative to the first bracket.
Abstract:
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising a tongue with rocker arms that allows locking by a vertical turning motion. The tongue has an inner part mounted in a sideward open fixation groove in a first edge and an outer part extending beyond a vertical plane, the inner part is fixed in the sideward open groove, wherein the tongue has at least one rocker arm extending in the length direction of the tongue, the rocker arm having a displaceable pressing protrusion that during locking is in contact with a second edge and a displaceable locking protrusion that in locked position cooperates with a tongue groove, wherein the locking protrusions are displaced outwardly away from the main tongue body when the pressing protrusion is pressed and displaced inwardly towards the inner part of the tongue.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a panel designed for mechanical connection with at least one further, identical panel by means of pivoting, with a tongue and groove profile (6, 8) for fastening the panels (2, 4) at the same height with respect to one another, comprising a groove profile (6) with a short groove cheek (14), a groove bottom (16) and a long groove cheek (18) on at least one side of the panel and a tongue profile (8) corresponding to the groove profile (6) on at least one side of the panel, wherein the long groove cheek (18) has a greater thickness (M) at its free end (20) than in the region under the free end of the short groove cheek (14), and wherein in the assembled state the tongue and groove each have upper bearing faces (24a, 24b), which are inclined with respect to the surface (10) of the panel (2, 4), and lower bearing faces (26a, 26b) which are rounded, and with locking means (28a, 28b) for fastening the panels (2, 4) in the same plane with respect to one another, comprising a locking face (28b) on the tongue and a locking face (28a) on the groove, wherein the locking faces (28a, b) on the groove and on the tongue are arranged between the surfaces (10, 12) of the panels (2, 4) in the region of the free end (20) of the long groove cheek (18). To make it possible for the panels to be assembled without deformation and jamming, and thereby avoiding damage during the laying operation, provision is made for the height H of the locking faces (28a, 28b) not to be more than 20% of the maximum height M of the long groove cheek (18).
Abstract:
A floor board assembly convenient to lay is characterized in that, in one embodiment, it comprises a frame, a filler board and an upper material with the frame and filler board affixed to the underside of the upper material. The frame includes latch tongues that extend outwardly from the lower side edges of the frame, and the tongues have locking projections that fit into recesses arranged just inside the periphery of the underside of the frame. The tongues and intervening spaces (with locking bars behind them) are space along the periphery of the board, such that any side of one board may be joined to any side of a similarly configured board. The upper material may be selected from a variety of materials, including LVT (luxury vinyl tile), carpet, high pressure laminate or other decorative material. The filler board may be selected to accomplish reduced cost, and/or improved acoustics. In other embodiments, a frame and/or upper material may be absent. The floor board assembly requires a lower manufacture cost and lower equipment investment, has stable quality, versatility and ease of installation.
