Through capability exposure of a radio access network device, the radio access network device may obtain a congestion parameter of a radio access network based on indication information, to determine whether congestion occurs in the radio access network. In addition, the radio access network device may send the congestion parameter to a proxy entity. The proxy entity may identify the congestion parameter of the radio access network, so that congestion control on a wireless network can be optimized.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an encoder device may transmit a network coded sidelink retransmission that is associated with a set of transport blocks (TBs), the set of TBs associated with one or more sidelink transmissions. The encoder device may receive, from one or more user equipments (UEs), first feedback information, associated with the network coded sidelink retransmission, that indicates whether the one or more UEs successfully decoded the set of TBs. The encoder device may transmit, to a base station, second feedback information associated with the network coded sidelink retransmission that is based at least in part on the first feedback information. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for providing optimized multi-connectivity and/or data duplication. In one example implementation, the method may include receiving, by a user equipment (UE), packet transmission pattern information from a first network node of one or more network nodes and transmitting, by the user equipment (UE), the consecutive packets using the different radio links indicated in the packet transmission pattern information. In an additional example implementation, the method may include determining, by a network node of a set of network nodes, packet transmission pattern information for a user equipment (UE). The example method may further include transmitting, by the network node, the packet transmission pattern information to the user equipment (UE). In a further additional example implementation, the method may include determining, by a network node of one or more network nodes, packet transmission pattern information of a user equipment (UE) and transmitting, by the network node, the packet transmission pattern information to another network entity. The example method may further include transmitting, by the network node, one or more packets received from the another network entity.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving downlink data in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: transmitting a preamble for random access; receiving a response message for the random access corresponding to the preamble, a radio remote control (RRC) connection being established based on the preamble and the response message; receiving configuration information, a repetition scheme based on time division multiplexing being set based on the configuration information; receiving downlink control information (DCI); and receiving a plurality of transmission occasions based on the DCI, wherein a resource allocation in the time domain for the first transmission occasion may be determined based on the time domain resource assignment field of the DCI, and resource allocation in the time domain for the second transmission occasion may be determined based on the resource allocation in the time domain for the first transmission occasion.
