Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A device may receive signaling including a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration. The device may determine one or more resources of a physical uplink channel for aperiodic CSI reporting based on the CSI reporting configuration and transmit an aperiodic CSI report over the physical uplink channel based on the on the one or more resources. In some examples, the device may also determine a set of demodulation reference signal (DMRS) symbols associated with a hop of a set of hops in a time domain or a frequency domain, and coherently transmit, based on the determining, the set of DMRS symbols associated with the hop of the set of hops.

The example method may further include transmitting, by the network node, one or more packets received from the another network entity.
