Abstract: A safety garment ensemble for emergency personnel includes a vest that is configured to position on a torso of a user so that the vest is coupled to the user. The vest comprises ballistic textiles and fire resistant textiles so that the vest is both bullet-resistant and fire-retardant. A first power module, a microprocessor, a plurality of microphones, a plurality of cameras, and a data storage module are coupled to the vest. The microprocessor is operationally coupled to the first power module. The microphones, the cameras, and the data storage module are operationally coupled to the microprocessor. The microphones and the camera are configured to capture audio recordings and video recordings, respectively, of events in an area proximate to the vest. The data storage module is positioned to receive and store the audio and visual recordings.

Abstract: A cover for a wearable personal acoustic device includes a fabric cover shaped to receive and enclose a wearable personal acoustic device, and an identification tag, such as an RFID tag or optical tag, secured to the fabric cover. The fabric cover includes a stretchable material that is acoustically transparent. The fabric cover may include a closure mechanism that can provide an opening through which the wearable personal acoustic device is received or removed and a closed state in which the wearable personal acoustic device is enclosed by the fabric cover. The identification tag stores an identifier associated with the fabric cover and communicates with the wearable personal acoustic device through an identification reader. The identifier may be associated with a physical property of the fabric cover or an operational parameter of the wearable personal acoustic device. The operational parameter optionally is definable by a user.

Abstract: The accessory attaches first and second wireless earbuds to each other. The accessory includes an elongated flexible member in the form of a chain, chord, braid or the like which extends between the earbuds. Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing having an opening comprising an audio port and a speaker assembly carried by the device housing. The speaker assembly includes a water ejection system having a diaphragm coupled to a magnetic driver and a mesh that covers the audio port where the diaphragm and the mesh together define an acoustic volume. When a water ejection signal is received at the magnetic driver, the magnetic driver is caused to move the diaphragm in a manner that ejects water contained within the acoustic volume out of the acoustic volume and through the mesh.
