    Abstract: The invention relates to a composition for producing a thermoplastic moulding material, wherein the composition contains the following constituents:



    A) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of aromatic polycarbonate, aromatic polyestercarbonate and polyester,
    B) at least one anhydride-functionalized ethylene-α-olefin copolymer or ethylene-α-olefin terpolymer having a weight-average molecular weight Mw of 50000 to 500000 g/mol determined by high-temperature gel permeation chromatography using ortho-dichlorobenzene as solvent against polystyrene standards,
    C) glass fibres,

    and also to a process for producing the moulding material, to the moulding material itself, to the use of the composition or of the moulding material for producing moulded articles and to the moulded articles themselves.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses amethod for preparing a nanocomposite material for toe cap production. The nanocomposite material is made of graphene, carbon nanotubes, fiber composition, a silane coupling agent, acetic acid, acrylate rubber, a dispersant, polyethylene resin, nano-silicon carbide, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, talcum powder, modified boron nitride, a curing agent and other materials. The preparation method is convenient and simple and is suitable for large-scale production; the nanocomposite material has high toughness and strength and good water resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance; all materials have a good combination effect with the fiber composition, therefore the nanocomposite materil has good mechanical properties and a light weight.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of films for floor. The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring, which is prepared from components including, in parts by mass, 100 parts of PVC, 300-380 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-12 parts of a stabilizer, 2-8 parts of processing aid ACR, 12-16 parts of a foaming regulator, 0.1-0.5 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of G60 lubricant, and 2-4 parts of PE wax. In the disclosure, the density of the PVC plastics flooring is reduced to 1.4-1.6 g/cm3 even increasing the amount of calcium carbon, thereby greatly reducing the production cost and improving the economic efficiency.
