    Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to an inverted organic solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same. Specifically, the inverted organic solar cell according to one embodiment of the present inventive concept includes a substrate; a lower electrode disposed on the substrate; an electron transport layer disposed on the lower electrode; a photoactive layer disposed on the electron transport layer and formed by mixing a photoactive material and an inner encapsulation material; a hole transport layer disposed on the photoactive layer; and an upper electrode disposed on the hole transport layer, wherein the inner encapsulation material has a carboxyl group, and at least a part of the inner encapsulation material may be self-assembled on the surface of the electron transport layer.

    Abstract: An early stopping method for a neural network according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: dividing a labeled dataset into a training dataset and a validation dataset; creating a pretrained neural network by training a neural network using the training dataset and early stopping learning of the neural network using the validation dataset; and creating a target neural network for each epoch by training the target neural network using the entire labeled dataset, and early stopping learning of the target neural network on the basis of a similarity between output of the pretrained neural network on at least one of the labeled data and unlabeled data and output of the target neural network on the unlabeled data.

The semiconductor device simulation system comprises: a region graph generation module for generating a region graph using a device structure file of a semiconductor device to be simulated; a device determination module for determining a type of semiconductor device for the region graph using a trained graph artificial neural network; an initial solution generating module for generating an initial solution for a device structure corresponding to the type of semiconductor device; and a semiconductor device simulator for performing semiconductor device simulation using the initial solution. The semiconductor device simulation system accelerates the speed of performing semiconductor device simulation by providing an approximate initial solution to the device structure to a semiconductor device simulator.
