Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a spectacles and sunshade clip assembly. The assembly comprises spectacles including a pair of lens frames, and a pair of hinges affixed to opposite outer ends of the lens, and a sunshade clip including a pair of sunshade lens frames connected to each other by means of a bridge. The sunshade clip further comprises a pair of magnet ribs affixed to opposite outer ends of the sunshade lens frames to linearly extend across only a relatively short distance in a longitudinal direction of the sunshade clip. A respective one of the hinges provided at the spectacles is spaced apart forward from a reference line having a radius of curvature defined by inner surfaces of the lens frames, so that a portion thereof, coming into contact with a corresponding one of the lens frames, forms a forwardly-protruding portion. The forwardly-protruding portion is formed as a recessed magnet-mounting portion to receive a corresponding one of the magnets.
Abstract:
A reception apparatus to be coupled to container necks having different sizes has a main body in which a reception unit comprising a storage space is formed, and a lower side having a threaded part. Threads fitted to the sizes of the container necks are formed within the thread portion of the reception apparatus. The threads are formed to be capable of being coupled to a plurality of container necks, or formed of elastic threads integrally or separately produced.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a novel gluconacetobacter strain having cellulose producing activity. Specifically, the present invention relates to a novel gluconacetobacter strain producing nano-structured cellulose in a highly efficient manner. The cellulose produced by the strain, due to its superb thermodynamic properties, can be characterized as nano-structured bacterial cellulose and therefore utilized as a bio-nano-fiber. Particularly, the cellulose can be impregnated with a resin to form a cellulose-based resin which can be effectively adapted for a substrate for a liquid crystal display (LCD).
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a spectacles and sunshade clip assembly using magnets. The magnets serve to detachably attach the sunshade clip to the spectacles. The spectacles comprises a pair of lens frames connected to each other by means of a nose bridge, and temple arms connected, respectively, to the lens frames by means of magnetically-induced hinges. The sunshade clip comprises a pair of sunshade lenses formed by cutting a colored plastic plate into a desired lens form, and a sunshade bridge formed by injection molding and adapted to connect the sunshade lenses to each other. Two magnet ribs are coupled to opposite outer ends of the sunshade lenses to extend in opposite directions. Each of the magnet ribs is configured to substantially coincide with the outer contour of the hinge provided at the spectacles and has a magnet mounted to face the hinge.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an assembly of a sunshade clip and spectacles using nose-pad means. The spectacles comprise a pair of lens frames connected to each other by means of a bridge, a pair of temple arms connected to the respective lens frames by means of a pair of magnetically-induced hinges, and a pair of magnets inserted in the nose-pad means of the spectacles. The sunshade clip comprises a pair of sunshade lenses connected to each other by means of a sunshade bridge, a pair of sunshade magnet arms mounted on or below the sunshade bridge to extend toward the nose-pad means of the spectacles. Each of the magnet arms has a magnet inserted in an end region thereof. In this way, the sunshade clip is detachably attached to the spectacles by making use of magnetic force of their magnets.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and a device for coupling spectacles and clip-on sunshades with each other, the spectacles having first lens frames connected together at their inner ends by a first nose frame, lenses fitted into respective first lens frames and arms mounted to outer ends of the first lens frames through hinges, the clip-on sunshades having second lens frames connected together at their inner ends by second nose frame and tinted lenses fitted into respective second lens frames. The device comprises a permanent magnet disposed to one of the spectacles and the clip-on sunshades at a predetermined position in a manner such that the soft magnetic member of the other of the spectacles and sunshades can be mated with the permanent magnet thereby to couple the spectacles and the clip-on sunshades with each other.
Abstract:
A system for providing a set-top box standby power cutoff service is provided, and includes a timer configured to count a preset time after switching to a standby state, and a circuit breaker configured to cut off standby power when there is no input signal and the set-top box is not in operation after the elapse of the preset time counted by the timer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a whole soybean curd production system having a heating device and a cooling device, and a method for producing whole soybean curd and, more specifically, to a whole soybean curd production system and a method for producing whole soybean curd, the whole soybean curd production system comprising: a heating device having a steam boiler formed to be opened and closed so as to enable inside thereof to be cleaned; and a cooling device having a cooling means formed from a Peltier element.
Abstract:
Provided is a guitar effector loop in which a plurality of foot switches (600) are installed in a body so that the plurality of foot switches (600) are connected to a guitar (a), an amplifier (b), and a plurality of compactors (500), and various combinations of the compactors (500) are obtained. In a state in which the No. 1 alternative switch (611) and the No. 2 alternative switch (612) are turned off, or the No. 2 alternative switch (612) is turned on, when the No. 1 alternative switch (611) is turned on, the compactor (500) set by the No. 1 alternative switch (611) is turned on, and the compactor (504) set by only the No. 2 alternative switch (612) is turned off. Thus, the number of combinations of the guitar effectors may increase without increasing the number of switches.
