Abstract:
A tool for working in fields includes a first flange and a second flange which mount one on the other, forming a wheel body. The first flange includes a central portion, a generally annular peripheral portion and arms which connect the central portion and the peripheral portion to each other. The second flange is homologous to the first flange. In the assembled state, the wheel body has a rim which is formed together by the peripheral portion of the first flange and the homologous peripheral portion of the second flange and a hub which is formed by the central portion of the first flange. The central portion of the second flange receives the hub which is formed by the central portion of the first flange.
Abstract:
An agricultural machine tool includes a wheel body which includes a hub, a rim and at least two arms which each connect the hub and the rim to each other. At least one aperture is provided between the two arms and the rim, and has a closed contour. The tool includes a component which forms an accessory having a profiled portion having a shape which generally corresponds to the closed contour, and a generally superficial portion which terminates the profiled portion. The profiled portion is introduced at one side of the wheel body into the aperture closing the aperture by means of form-fitting cooperation. A set of fixing members ensures the retention of the component in a final position, in which the superficial portion moves into a flush state with the arms, at least in the region of the contour.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a ground shaping machine, particularly an agricultural machine, comprising a frame (3), at least one roller (11) fitted with a flexible tire (13), a first bearing (37) and a second bearing (37) whereby the roller (11) can rotate about a substantially horizontal axis (XX) in the working position, the first bearing (37) and the second bearing (37) being positioned one at each end of the roller (11). The frame (3) has a first support (7) and a second support (9), the first support (7) at least being connected to the first bearing (37) through suspension means including a mechanism with an upper arm (101) and a lower arm (121), both substantially horizontal and perpendicular to the axis (XX) of rotation of the roller (4), each of the upper (101) and lower (121) arms being connected by a joint (103, 105, 123, 125) to the first support (7) on the one hand, and to the first bearing (37) on the other hand, the mechanism forming a deformable quadrilateral, while the suspension means also have a substantially vertical resilient return member (141) connected by a joint (143, 145) to the first support (7) on the one hand and to the first bearing (37) on the other hand.
Abstract:
An endless flexible belt track produced from an elastomer comprises a steel cable (30) spirally wound in the thickness of the belt (12) and outer layers embedded in the thickness of the belt and formed successively from the turns (34) of the cable toward the outside, by: a first oblique layer (36) formed from wires that in turn form a first acute angle (A) to a perpendicular to the turns of the cable; a transversal layer (38) formed from wires that in turn form a right angle to the turns of the cable; and a second oblique layer (40) formed from wires that in turn form a second acute angle (B) to a perpendicular to the turns of the cable, the second acute angle (B) extending in the opposite direction to the first acute angle (A). Application to all-terrain vehicles.

Abstract:
An agricultural roller comprises a tubular support and a series of pneumatic tyres mounted on the support. Each pneumatic tyre of the series has a respective uninflated envelope. The roller further comprises a series of tyres mounted on the support and interleaved in the series of pneumatic tyres. Each tyre has a respective envelope. The tyres are smaller than the pneumatic tyres while their envelope is narrower.
Abstract:
An agricultural tool includes a wheel body and a flexible tyre with a hollow chamber and an inner surface around this hollow chamber; a circular opening on the chamber; a pair of beads bordering this opening; and a spacer at least partially tubular with two axially opposite end faces. Over one portion corresponding to one of the beads, the inner surface extends frustoconically by widening radially outward of the flexible tyre, and one of the end faces of the spacer has an axially protruding surface. The spacer is placed across the opening of the tyre such that the protruding surface engages the inner surface in an area of the portion corresponding to the bead.
Abstract:
A press wheel comprises a rigid body and a semi-tubular tire. The tire comprises a flexible envelope with a sole portion through which the tire is mounted on the rigid body, a tread portion and a pair of sidewalls each one connecting the sole to the tread. The sidewalls extend, at least partially, along a generally concave profile, viewed from the exterior of the tire.
Abstract:
A non-inflatable tire for an agricultural implement, including a sole, a tread, and a pair of sidewalls connecting the sole to the tread is provided. A first sidewall extends from the sole to the tread, while the second includes an internal portion which extends from the sole to the tread and an external portion projecting from the tread. The first sidewall and the tread are designed so as to jointly hold the external portion of the second sidewall in line with the internal portion.
