The elevator interactive system of the present invention comprises an elevator interactive terminal, configured with a social communication media module, wherein a user is registered as a first registered user in the social communication media module; and a server coupled to a communication bus of an elevator system, configured with the social communication media module and to register an elevator as the second registered user in the social communication media module, wherein, based on the social communication media module, interactive communication is performed between the first registered user on the elevator interactive terminal corresponding to the user and the second registered user on the server corresponding to the elevator.

Abstract: A method of operating an elevator system is provided and includes recognizing that brakes of an elevator car fail to drop upon brake power being removed, temporarily hovering the elevator car in place to allow the elevator car to be emptied, controllably moving the elevator car in a direction of imbalance, which is defined in terms of relative weights of the elevator car and a counter-weight and torque applied to the elevator car for driving the elevator car upwardly or downwardly, to either a top or a bottom of a hoistway and confirming that the brakes are failing to drop or provide sufficient holding torque.

The magnet (204) may be retained against a support (210) of the protector (200) by a retainer assembly (220). The protector (200) may further comprise an electrical device which comprises a lighting device (240) configured to emit light into the passenger compartment (104) of the elevator car (102).

Abstract: A Bluetooth module in an elevator system in the field of elevator intelligent control technologies. The Bluetooth module according to the present invention is arranged substantially corresponding to a mounting hole of a first physical button/second physical button of the elevator system, such that a Bluetooth signal broadcast by the Bluetooth module can be propagated from at least part of the mounting hole to a landing zone/the interior of an elevator car.
