    Abstract: A measurement device includes an electric field generator, an electric field detector, a thickness gauge, and a processor. The electric field generator generates an alternating current electric field. The electric field detector detects the alternating current electric field generated by the electric field generator. The thickness gauge measures a thickness of a measurement target in a non-contact manner. The processor derives a calibration curve representing a relationship between a specific dielectric constant and an intensity of an alternating current electric field. The measurement target is insertable between the electric field generator and the electric field detector. The electric field detector detects an intensity of the alternating current electric field attenuated by the measurement target. The processor calculates a specific dielectric constant of the measurement target based on the detected intensity of the alternating current electric field, the measured thickness, and the derived calibration curve.

    Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a fine cellulose fiber solid body that can be easily dispersed in water or the like. One aspect of the present disclosure is a fine cellulose fiber solid material comprising a fine cellulose fiber and water, wherein the fine cellulose fiber has an average fiber width of 1 nm to 1000 nm, the fine cellulose fiber has a sulfate ester group represented by the following general formula (1), wherein n is an integer of 1 to 3, Mn+ is an n-valent cation, and a wavy line is a bonding site to another atom, the fine cellulose fiber has an amount of sulfur introduced due to the sulfate ester group of 0.3 mmol/g or more and 3.0 mmol/g or less, the solid material has a moisture content of 50% by mass or less and the solid material has a specific surface area of 5 m2/g or more.

    Abstract: A measurement apparatus 1 according to this disclosure includes a controller 80 and a spectroscope 10 having an optical element in which an aperture 132a to pass light L1 to be measured is formed. The controller 80 executes a first process to generate a synthetic spectrum Sr(i) of the narrowed light L1 by synthesizing at least a first spectrum S1(i) when a beam spot P of the light L1 is at a first position x1 within the aperture 132a and a second spectrum S2(i) when the beam spot P of the light L1 is at a second position x2 within the aperture 132a. The first position x1 includes a position shifted to one side in a predetermined direction D from a reference position x0 of the beam spot P within the aperture 132a. The second position x2 includes a position shifted to the other side from the reference position x0.
