    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an insulation withstand voltage detection method and detection device for a wiring harness, and an automobile wiring harness assembly line. The insulation withstand voltage detection method for the wiring harness includes: step S10: placing a to-be-detected wiring harness in an enclosed cavity, in which a conductive electrode plate is disposed in the enclosed cavity, and the to-be-detected wiring harness has one end insulated and enclosed, and the other end connected to a power supply; step S20: reducing air pressure in the enclosed cavity; step S30: providing a test voltage by the power supply; and step S40: detecting a voltage of the to-be-detected wiring harness, and/or detecting a leakage current of the to-be-detected wiring harness. Through the present disclosure, it alleviates the technical problem in the prior art that the dielectric insulation detection of a high-voltage wiring harness cannot realize the in-line detection of finished products.

    Abstract: A plug-in terminal, including a connection unit and an elastic unit that are arranged and connected to each other in an axial direction of the plug-in terminal. The elastic unit includes a plurality of elastic sheets arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the plug-in terminal.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrical connection structure, a charging socket and an automobile, in which the electrical connection structure is applied to a circuit board, and the circuit board is provided with a plug-in hole. The electrical connection structure comprises a metal dome and a plug-in terminal, in which the metal dome includes a base band and a plurality of elastic sheets respectively connected to the base band, the base band is wrapped around at least a portion of an outer periphery of the plug-in terminal, the elastic sheets have a protrusion portion which protrudes outwards, and the protrusion portion abuts against a surface of the circuit board, and the plug-in terminal is electrically connected to the circuit board by means of the metal dome. Based on the electrical connection structure of the present disclosure, the plug-in terminal has good contact with the metal dome, the metal dome has a protrusion portion which protrudes outwards and is stably connected to the circuit board, and the plurality of elastic sheets provide a plurality of signal detection points, thereby ensuring stability of signal transmission. In addition, the metal dome itself has good performance, can be used for multiple times of insertion and removal of the plug-in terminal, and has a long service life.
