Abstract: A power converter includes a first positive terminal, a first negative terminal, a second positive terminal, a second negative terminal, a first capacitor and N phase conversion circuits. The first capacitor is connected between the second positive terminal and the second negative terminal. Each phase conversion circuit includes a first main switch, a second main switch, a second capacitor, a freewheeling switch, an inductor and a bridge arm circuit. The first main switch is electrically connected with the first positive terminal. The second capacitor is electrically connected with the first main switch and the second main switch. The freewheeling switch is electrically connected between the second main switch and the second negative terminal. The inductor is electrically connected with the second main switch. The second main switch is also electrically connected with the first main switch of an adjacent phase conversion circuit.

Abstract: A control unit is provided. The control unit is configured to provide a control signal for controlling a power unit. The power unit includes a first positive voltage terminal, a second positive voltage terminal, a first negative voltage terminal, a second negative voltage terminal, and a switching element. Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a first circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The first circuit board assembly includes a first printed circuit board, a plurality of switch elements and a first molding compound layer. The first molding compound layer is formed on the first surface of the first printed circuit board to encapsulate the switch elements. The magnetic core assembly is arranged beside a second surface of the first printed circuit board, and includes a magnetic core portion and at least one first U-shaped copper structure. The magnetic core portion includes a plurality of openings. Each first U-shaped copper structure is penetrated through two corresponding openings to define two inductors. A first terminal of each inductor and the corresponding switch element are connected in series to define a phase circuit.

Abstract: A power module includes a printed circuit board, a magnetic element, a secondary side switching circuit and at least two groups of external terminals. The magnetic element is disposed on the printed circuit board. The magnetic element includes at least one primary winding and plural secondary windings. The secondary side switching circuit includes a plurality of secondary switching units. Each secondary switching unit includes a plurality of switches connected in parallel. The switches of each secondary switching unit are evenly distributed on a first surface and a second surface of the printed circuit board. The switches of the secondary switching unit on the first surface and the second surface of the printed circuit board are at least partially overlapped with each other. The at least two groups of external terminals are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board, and electrically connected with the secondary side switching circuit.

Abstract: A power conversion system including a power conversion unit, a power circuit and a precharge circuit is provided. The power conversion circuit includes an input port, an output port, switching power conversion units and at least one storage device. The storage device is connected between the input and output ports in series. The power circuit is electrically connected to the power conversion circuit for receiving the input voltage and outputting a supply voltage to the power conversion circuit, and the power circuit includes a magnetic element. The precharge circuit precharges the storage device. The precharge circuit includes a winding and a rectifier filter circuit connected to each other. The winding is coupled to the magnetic element for receiving a conversion voltage. The rectifier filter circuit is electrically connected to the storage device so as to receive the conversion voltage and output a charge voltage to the corresponding storage device.
