Abstract:
A touch fastener has a plurality of interspaced bonding elements arranged on a backing. Each element has a head (12) connected to the backing by a stem (14). To allow the head (12) to always remain fastened to a body in the immediate vicinity, even if the backing is axially displaced over a predeterminable distance on a plane extending parallel to the body, the head (12) has a disc with a diameter greater than the diameter at any point on the stem (14). The stem is conical and connected to the disk in an articulated manner by an articulated part (16).
Abstract:
A closing device (1, 101, 201, 301) includes a plurality of adhesive closing elements (2) in the form of a hook, mushroom head or clasp, and a flat support (3, 103, 203, 303). The adhesive closing elements (2) protruded from at least one surface (4) of the support (3, 103, 203, 303). At least one switching circuit (5, 503) with at least one electric and/or electronic component (6, 106, 7, 107, 207, 307) is provided.
Abstract:
A method produces a support web (10) made of a predefined amount of plastic material by a plurality of molding elements (16, 17) formed in hollow spaces (12) of a mold (5). The plastic material is fed to the mold (5) via at least one extruder nozzle (1) of an extruder apparatus (18). To be able to lower the processing temperature while the plastic material obtains a very good molding behavior into the hollow spaces of a mold, the plastic material is intrinsically provided with at least one additive such that the melt flow index (MFI) of the plastic material remains constant or preferably increases.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for achieving a fragrance release with release with parts which form a seal that, with correspondingly designed sealing parts, can be repeatedly opened and closed, wherein the respective sealing fan is produced from a meltable plastic material by means of an extrusion apparatus (18). Since the plastic material is intrinsically provided with at least one scent to which the respective scent is supplied by the extruder apparatus (18), the respective scent can be dispersed subtly and stored in high concentration in the plastic material of the spur scaling parts, in such a way that an extremely effective fragrant release of scent is possible according to the solution of the problem, as proposed by the invention.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a supporting web made of a predeterminable amount of plastic material, comprising a multitude of molded elements, which are molded inside mold cavities (12) of a forming tool (5). While applying a negative pressure at least in one portion of the mold cavities (12), enough plastic material is always applied to the mold wall (13) of the respective mold cavity in order to form a cavity (22) inside the molded element. The invention also relates to a supporting web having a multitude of molded elements that is produced by using the aforementioned method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an adhesive closure piece (10), comprising a substrate part (12) and closure pieces (20a, 20b) of at least one type arranged upright thereon, said closure pieces each having a head part (14a, 14b), which, at a free end face thereof has at least one contact surface (22a, 22b) for detachably adhering to another component by means of adhesive force, wherein said adhesive closure piece is characterized in that at least one connection section (16a, 16b) is present on the edge of at least one of the head parts (14a, 14b), wherein said connection section protrudes beyond the edge of said head part (14a, 14b) in at least one direction (30, 36) in such a way that the size of the contact surface (22a, 22b) of the corresponding head part (14a, 14b) is changed.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for dying and/or printing adhesive closure parts (10) having a plurality of hooking means (12) predominately made of a plastic material connected to a carrier (14), wherein a dye medium is applied to the surface (16) of the adhesive closure part (10) or the parts thereof by means of an application unit (18). Because a dye is used that is based on a solvent-free wax, which is applied by means of the application unit (18) in a melted form in droplets, bubbles, or in pellet form, and that enters into a fixed connection to the surface (16) in the cooled, cured state, a was dye application may be achieved that is markedly colorfast and UV-resistant.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a closing mechanism (1; 101; 201; 301) comprising a plurality of closing elements (2; 102; 202; 302, 302a) such as hooks, mushroom heads or loops. Said closing mechanism (1; 101; 201; 301) comprises a flat carrier (3; 103; 203; 303) and the closing elements (2; 102; 202; 302, 302a) protrude from at least one surface (4) of the carrier (3; 103; 203; 303). The inventive closing mechanism (1; 101; 201; 301) is characterised in that it comprises an illuminant (5; 105; 205; 305), at least in certain sections, which emits light when supplied with energy. The invention also relates to an associated production method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for creating adhesion elements on a substrate material (10) using at least one plastics material which is introduced into at least one shaping element (12). By producing adhesion elements with flared ends which adhere primarily as a result of van der Waals forces, the excellent adhesion characteristics of a gecko's foot are achieved in a biomechanical model without having to separate the setae fibres as in nature.
Abstract:
A device displays information in identification areas of traffic signs, signposts, billboards, license plates, etc. The identification area is provided with a surface having an artificially producible base structure and other structures or itself forms such a surface having a self-cleaning effect. The base structure has or develops a capillary effect in which the quotient of capillary work and adhesion work is greater than 1. The capillaries have a negative rise, that is, liquid is pressed form the capillaries, providing the self-cleaning effect.
