Abstract: A personalized guitar pick formed from the impressions of a player's fingers manually imprinted on first and/or second sides of the pick is disclosed. Specifically, the first side of the pick is deformed in a thumb-shaped depression while a second side of the pick is molded into a shape corresponding to the index and/or middle fingers after heating the pick to a predetermined melting temperature that corresponds with the thermoplastic material that forms the pick. A method of forming a personalized guitar pick is also disclosed.

Abstract: A wireless access control system is provided to lock or unlock a first door at a dwelling. A remote access device transmits a first signal and a second signal. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication with: an apparatus that controls transmission of displacement or rotational mechanical energy, a bolt coupled to the first door with the bolt coupled to an input rod and an output rod, where in operation the bolt locks and unlocks the first door, an energy source coupled to the apparatus that controls transmission of displacement or rotational mechanical energy, a wireless communication device to communicate with the user remote access device, a drive shaft associated with the first door that assists in locking and unlocking the bolt in response to communication with the user's user remote access device and receiving the first signal. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication with a second lock at a vehicle of the user or at an office of the user. The user remote access device is configured to communicate with the second lock with the second signal to cause the second lock to lock or be unlocked. The remote access device has a controller for generating the first and second signals.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention include a vehicle human machine interface (HMI) for control by a vehicle occupant. The HMI may include a first graphical display, a second graphical display, a plurality of input controls, and a vehicle computer communicating with the first and second graphical displays. The vehicle computer may be configured to receive user input defining user instructions for controlling one or more functions of the vehicle. In response to the input, the computer may be configured to present on the first and second graphical displays a vehicle function identifier color associated with the vehicle function.

Abstract: The modular multi-configurable display has a series of box frames and provides variable positioning for appurtenances. The display can include a plurality of vertical columns, and generally horizontal trusses. The columns are capable of receiving the trusses at each end of the columns. Abstract: A screen mounting apparatus for mounting a graphic display screen for use with display stands or booths, such as those used in trade shows and other exhibitions. The apparatus is designed to receive, generally by adhesive affixation, a display graphics screen such that generally the entire length of one of the screen edges is affixed to the apparatus, with the length of the screen edge and the apparatus generally equaling that of the corresponding display frame segment. Additionally, the screen mounting apparatus includes an elastic portion which permits a limited degree of resilient movement when force is placed upon the screen at assembly and disassembly. The tension force required to mount the apparatus and the affixed screen to a display frame is thus distributed along the entire surface of the apparatus and screen, and not at isolated fastening points.
