Abstract:
A musical bodysuit assembly includes a bodysuit that is wearable on a user. A plurality of sound pads is each strategically located on the bodysuit thereby facilitating each of the sound pads to be touched by the user when the user is performing dance moves. Each of the sound pads has a speaker for emitting audible sounds and each of the sound pads has touch sensing capabilities. The speaker in a respective sound pad is turned on to emit an audible sound when the respective sound pad is touched by the user to produce music that corresponds to dance moves performed by the user. A communication unit is in communication with the speaker in each of the sound pads and the communication unit has wireless communication capabilities thereby facilitating the communication unit to download digital audio from a remote data source.
Abstract:
A system allows dwelling access to third parties. An intelligent door lock system at the dwelling includes a device configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device, with the device sensing movement of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device. The intelligent door lock system is configured to be in communication with a server. An occupant/or owner, or end-dwelling user of the dwelling communicates with the server to grant a third party secured access to a dwelling, which can be programmatic.
Abstract:
Apparatus and method according to which a line extends through a sleeve so that a first amount of the line is disposed within the sleeve. After stretching and permitting the sleeve to retract, a second amount of the line is disposed within the sleeve, with the second amount being greater than the first amount.
Abstract:
The elongated box frame structure of the present invention comprises a plurality of frame segments attached to at least one end piece. Preferably, two end pieces are attached, one at each end of the plurality of frame segments. The plurality of frame segments are attached to the end piece such that a column-like structure is formed. The inner space defined within the frame segments can be substantially free of webbing. Structural strength and stability is generally achieved by the bridging support of the attached end pieces.
Abstract:
A wireless access control system is provided to lock or unlock a first door at a dwelling. A remote access device transmits a first signal and a second signal. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication with: an apparatus that controls transmission of displacement or rotational mechanical energy, a bolt coupled to the first door with the bolt coupled to an input rod and an output rod, where in operation the bolt locks and unlocks the first door, an energy source coupled to the apparatus that controls transmission of displacement or rotational mechanical energy, a wireless communication device to communicate with the user remote access device, a drive shaft associated with the first door that assists in locking and unlocking the bolt in response to communication with the user's user remote access device and receiving the first signal. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication with a second lock at a vehicle of the user or at an office of the user. The user remote access device is configured to communicate with the second lock with the second signal to cause the second lock to lock or be unlocked. The remote access device has a controller for generating the first and second signals.
Abstract:
A device for disaggregating crop field additives that have been aggregated due to conditions such as compression or moisture. The device comprises a series of spined rollers in parallel orientation extending across an open passage, the rollers rotated by a motor such that the spines can break apart the aggregates falling through the open passage before application of the additives.
Abstract:
A heated step system for a vehicle having a heat source associated with a compartment. The system includes a step attached to an exterior portion of the vehicle and at least one aperture located near the step. The system further includes a duct having a first end in fluid communication with the compartment and a second end in fluid communication with the at least one aperture. The duct conveys warm air from the compartment to the at least one aperture so that the warm air passes through the at least one aperture to an area around the step, thereby warming the step.
Abstract:
A retractable banner stand has a banner, a support base, a mast, a retracting mechanism, and a means for imparting a curvature in the horizontal plane on the banner. Typically a cross member will be provided for supporting the banner in an extended upright position and typically the base will be a housing that included the retracting mechanism. The means for imparting a curvature may comprise a pair of elongate forms each with a banner engaging area that has a curved surface. The elongate forms can be resiliently flexible to repeatably provide and release the curved surface upon set-up and take-down. Various means for holding the resiliently flexible form in place include hinged spacers, slidable spacers, hinged form, or slidable form connected to the base. Alternatively, the curved surface may be rigid and insertable into engagement with the banner.
