Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a first insulating layer disposed on a substrate and having a first refractive index, a refraction inducing layer disposed on the first insulating layer having a second refractive index, a second insulating layer disposed on the refraction inducing layer and having a third refractive index, a first electrode disposed on the second insulating layer and having a fourth refractive index, and an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode disposed on the first electrode. The second insulating layer, the first electrode, the organic light emitting layer, and the second electrode include a plurality of convex parts and a plurality of concave parts.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode display device. The disclosed organic light emitting diode display device includes an overcoat layer disposed on a substrate that is divided into an emissive area and a non-emissive area, and has multiple micro lenses in the emissive area and at least one depression in the non-emissive area. The organic light emitting diode display device further includes: a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer, wherein the first electrode is disposed in the entire emissive area and in a part of the non-emissive area; a bank pattern disposed in the non-emissive area so as to be superposed on the depression; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the substrate; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer. Accordingly, the organic light emitting diode display device may prevent light leakage.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device including a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate in the non-display area; an electroluminescent device disposed in the display area; and an overcoat layer disposed on the substrate and including two or more concave portions and two or more convex portions in the display area. Further, the two or more concave portions and the two or more convex portions form a linear pattern in a plan view. In addition, the electroluminescent device includes a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer and connecting the electroluminescent device to the thin film transistor; an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and configured to emit light; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer. Also, the linear pattern of the two or more concave portions and the two or more convex portions comprise one of a zigzag pattern, a streamlined pattern, and combinations thereof.
