    Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode display device. The disclosed organic light emitting diode display device includes an overcoat layer disposed on a substrate that is divided into an emissive area and a non-emissive area, and has multiple micro lenses in the emissive area and at least one depression in the non-emissive area. The organic light emitting diode display device further includes: a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer, wherein the first electrode is disposed in the entire emissive area and in a part of the non-emissive area; a bank pattern disposed in the non-emissive area so as to be superposed on the depression; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the substrate; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer. Accordingly, the organic light emitting diode display device may prevent light leakage.

    Abstract: An array substrate for a display device is disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate comprising a plurality of subpixels, at least one of which is a white subpixel. The array substrate also includes an insulating layer disposed on the substrate in each of the subpixels and a plurality of color filter layers disposed on the insulating layer, each of the color filter layers being disposed respectively in a corresponding one of the subpixels. At least two of the color filter layers have a same color and are respectively disposed in the white subpixel and in at least one of the subpixels adjacent to the white subpixel. The insulating layer has a slope at a boundary between the white subpixel and the at least one of the subpixels adjacent to the white subpixel.

    Abstract: Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same. A color filter is disposed on a substrate. An overcoating layer is disposed on the color filter and includes a plurality of protrusions or a plurality of recesses. The plurality of protrusions and the plurality of recesses are disposed on the color filter to be overlapped with the color filter. A buffer layer for reducing step difference is disposed on the overcoating layer. The buffer layer has a higher refractive index than the overcoating layer and reduces a step difference caused by the plurality of protrusions and the plurality of recesses. An organic light emitting element including an anode, an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode is disposed on the buffer layer. Since the buffer layer has a higher refractive index than the overcoating layer, light extraction efficiency can be increased.
