    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may receive, from a base station, SPS via RRC signaling. The apparatus may also determine a UE Rx-Tx time difference, the UE Rx-Tx time difference being equal to a difference between a downlink subframe reception time and an uplink subframe transmission time. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station, the UE Rx-Tx time difference or receive, from the base station, a base station Rx-Tx time difference, the base station Rx-Tx time difference being equal to a difference between an uplink subframe reception time and a downlink subframe transmission time.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to an allocation of periodic resources where use of the periodic resources is conditional. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) receives a periodic resource allocation along with an indication of a condition for using the periodic resources. For example, the UE may be allowed to transmit on at least one first resource of the periodic resources if the condition is true. Similarly, a base station (BS) may monitor for a transmission by the UE on the at least one first resource if the condition is true.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a communications device determines at least one position estimation performance parameter, determines a zone identifier based at least in part upon the at least one position estimation performance parameter, wherein the zone identifier identifies one of a plurality of zones, and transmits the zone identifier to one or more UEs.     Abstract: The present disclosure provide various methods, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for managing communication paths, which may include at least one direct communication path between UEs, such as a sidelink communication path. Illustratively, an apparatus of the present disclosure may be a UE or component thereof that is configured to establish a direct wireless communication link and an indirect wireless communication link with another UE to carry data associated with one traffic stream.
