    Abstract: A valve timing control apparatus includes: a driving force transmission member; a driving side rotational member, to which a driving force is transmitted; a driven side rotational member coaxially provided to the driving side rotational member, and rotating relative to the driving side rotational member, thereby rotating a camshaft for opening and closing a valve; and a hydraulic pressure chamber formed by the driving side rotational member and the driven side rotational member. The driving side rotational member includes a housing formed into a closed-end cylindrical shape and having a bottom portion formed to close one end of the housing in an axial direction thereof and an opening portion formed to be opened at the other end the housing in the axial direction thereof, and a plate member closing the opening portion.
