A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky “moisture laden bulk solids” which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.

The disclosure relates to a conveyor device that comprises a conveyor belt with a conveying strand for conveying bulk material and a return strand. The conveying strand has a conveying surface on which a material flow is running whose feed rate is given by the product of a linear velocity of the conveying strand and a conveying cross-section of the material flow. The disclosure is characterized by a variable flow limiting device that is movable between a first position and a second position. The conveying cross-section downstream of the flow limiting device is smaller in the second position than in the first position.

In one example embodiment, a method for portable wet drilling waste treatment may include transporting a transportable frame, maneuvering an open end of a waste conduit, vacuuming air and the wet drilling waste, using a motor-driven vacuum, into the open end of the waste conduit, through the waste conduit, and into a cyclonic separator, separating the wet drilling waste from the air using the cyclonic separator, using a waste auger to transport the wet drilling waste, using a treatment material auger to transport a treatment material, operating the waste auger and the treatment material auger at coordinated rates to transport an effective ratio of the wet drilling waste to the treatment material, using a mixing auger to simultaneously transport the wet drilling waste and the treatment material, and operating the mixing auger at an effective rate resulting in a solidified treated material.

A long distance dredged soil transport system includes a pump module including a pump for generating a compressed air and a plug flow flowing by dividing an inner state of a pipeline to a gaseous unit and a liquefied unit by introducing the generated compressed air into the pipeline by being interlinked to one lateral surface of the pipeline, a pipe module wound with a coil to apply an electromagnetic wave to the liquefied unit and including a plurality of pipelines, database stored with flow information on flow velocity and flow form in response to physical properties of liquefied unit, and a control module communicating with the pipe module, the pump module and the database and applying, to the coil, a waveform of a current matching to a flow waveform of the liquefied unit transported inside the pipeline, and a control method thereof.

An assembly for directing bulk material from an upper conveyor to a lower conveyor is provided. The conveyors are relatively rotatable in yaw and the lower conveyor is pivotable in pitch. The assembly includes an upper hood portion, a vertical flow cone, and a bottom containment assembly. The upper hood portion redirects material from the upper conveyor downward through an exit aperture. The vertical flow cone underneath the upper hood portion is rotatable in yaw relative to the upper hood portion and is movable vertically relative to the upper hood portion. The vertical flow cone directs the bulk material from the exit aperture toward the lower conveyor. The bottom containment assembly is mounted to the lower conveyor, is movable lengthwise relative to the lower conveyor, is pivotable and movable vertically relative to the upper hood portion, and includes an aperture for receiving the material.

A solid-filling coal mining feeding and conveying monitoring system, suitable for monitoring of a vertical feeding and conveying system in underground mine solid-filling mining. The monitoring system mainly consists of an industrial control computer, a PLC control box, an operating platform, a liquid crystal display, a color four-picture divider, two video optical receivers and loudspeakers, four cameras, uphole electronic belt scales, downhole electronic belt scales, a radar level meter, a coal level sensor, a vibration sensor, and various matching junction boxes and cables, the components being installed in positions such as a material field, a control room, upper and lower openings of a storage silo, and a gangue transportation lane. The system implements four main functions of a solid-filling material transportation and feeding process, the four main functions being status monitoring, a full silo alarm, centralized control, and recording and querying. The monitoring content of the system is comprehensive; operation of the system is simple; and the system is safe and reliable.

An unloading station and method for unloading bulk material from a moving railcar with a bottom discharge while the railcar is moving includes a track with a pair of rails. A synchronized parallel conveyor is oriented parallel with the pair of rails and forms a movable platform capable of receiving the bulk material in a pile extending into the railcar and drawing the pile along in synchronization with the railcar as the railcar moves. A hopper is disposed below a break in or end of the parallel conveyor to receive the bulk material. A lateral conveyor disposed under the hopper to convey the bulk material away from the hopper.
