Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device for in-water automatic spreading configured to spread a medicament in a water body. The device includes a storage module configured to store a medicament to be spread and a driving module configured to drive the medicament to be spread to be separated from the storage module. The driving module is connected with the storage module. The device may also include a medicament outlet configured as an outlet for the medicament to be spread to enter a liquid after being separated from the storage module, a walking module configured to drive the device for in-water automatic spreading to move in the water body according to a walking route, and a control module configured to control the driving module and the walking module. The control module is connected with the driving module and the walking module.

The system is integrated with an artificial intelligence module, trained on reference data using convolution neural networks (CNNs). By automating detection, analysis, and response processes, the system optimizes operational efficiency, reducing manual effort and response times in managing algal bloom incidents.

In addition a method for efficiently utilizing facilities and land that are vacant, underutilized, have limited uses, or that are contiguous to or nearby recreational, educational, sports, or commercial venues is disclosed. The method providing a publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex with a centerpiece man-made tropical-style pristine-clear lagoon. The method allows for generating revenue and increasing efficiency by pairing vacant sites, underutilized sites, limited use land, or sites that are contiguous to entertainment, educational, sports, and/or commercial venues with urban beach entertainment complexes. The complex preferably has a controlled public access, thereby allowing entrance upon payment of a fee.

Abstract: In a first aspect, the present application relates to a method for the treatment of black water, comprising the steps of: collecting black water; treating said black water in an electrocoagulation cell with iron or aluminum electrode, such that electrocoagulation effluent and electrocoagulation sludge are obtained; separating the electrocoagulation sludge from the electrocoagulation effluent; disinfecting said electrocoagulation effluent in an electro-oxidation cell with a titanium or stainless-steel electrode, obtaining disinfected effluent. In a further aspect, the current application relates to a closed toilet system.

Abstract: An apparatus for removing a layer of sediment which has settled on the bottom of a large water body that includes a structural frame configured to contain a bottom water flow and avoid a re-suspension of sediment outside the vicinity of the structural frame. Abstract: A buoyant apparatus that is capable of floating on liquid surfaces, such as bodies of water filled with waste byproducts. The buoyant apparatus supports a plurality of atomizers via rotatable and flexible arms that can achieve 180° adjustments with the respect to a longitudinal axis of the buoyant apparatus, such that the arms can be parallel to a surface of the body of water in both an extended orientation (with the atomizers deployed over the water surface) and a retracted orientation (with the atomizers stored within the surface area of the platform). In addition, the arms can achieve 360° rotational adjustments about the attachment point of the arms to the platform. The atomizers and arms are powered by low voltage direct current (DC) motors that can utilize solar power via photovoltaic cells such that the apparatus can be employed in remote locations without the need for a centralized power grid.
