    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes a socket defining a central cavity and having a plurality of pins arranged inside the central cavity. The electrical connector assembly further includes a plug having a body adapted to extend, at least partially, inside the central cavity and defining a plurality of receptacles to receive the plurality of pins. The plug also includes a cover arranged surrounding, at least partly, the body and adapted to engage with the socket. The cover includes a pair of elongated wings arranged diametrically opposite to each other and directed outwardly and extending along a longitudinal portion of the cover.

    Abstract: A press-fit pin includes: a tip part configured to guide the press-fit pin into an opening of a circuit board; a deformable part adjoining the tip part and configured to deform upon insertion into the opening of the circuit board; an elongate part adjoining the deformable part; a base part adjoining the elongate part; and an anchoring part adjoining the base part and configured for insertion into a sleeve when a force is applied to the base part. The tip part has a proximal region adjoining the deformable part and a distal region that is narrower than the proximal region. A first sidewall of the press-fit pin is sloped, with respect to a longitudinal axis of the press-fit pin, at a first acute angle in the distal region and at a second acute angle in the proximal region. The first acute angle is greater than the second acute angle.

The fixing element is fixed to the shield shell and protrudes toward a front side. In a state of the fixing element being inserted in a guiding section in the object, displacement of the fixing element along an axial direction is limited. An end of the fixing element oriented toward the front side is located further toward the front side than ends of the housing and the shield shell oriented toward the front side.

    Abstract: A connection structure is a structure for connecting a housing and a cover. In the cover, an engagement portion which protrudes from a main body portion disposed in an opening of the housing is provided. The engagement portion includes a first protruding portion protruding to an outside in an inside-outside direction and a second protruding portion continuing with the first protruding portion to extend in a front-rear direction. In the housing, an accommodation groove for accommodating the engagement portion is provided.     Abstract: There is provided a connector including: an electric wire; a terminal connected to the electric wire; a housing having an accommodation space inside the housing, the accommodation space accommodating a connection portion between the electric wire and the terminal; a seal member configured to seal an opening portion of the accommodation space to isolate the connection portion accommodated in the accommodation space from outside; and a heat storage member disposed in the accommodation space to surround the connection portion. The heat storage member is deformable to elastically expand and contract in accordance with a shape of the accommodation space. A first part of the heat storage member is in contact with an inner surface of the housing defining the accommodation space, and a second part of the heat storage member is in contact with an outer surface of the connection portion.
