    Abstract: A movable carriage assembly for a door track or window track is adapted to support a door or window. The carriage assembly includes a lower carriage removably joined to an upper carriage, forming an elongate gap there between which is constructed and adapted to provide a sliding surface element for a track dust cover. When the carriage assembly moves along the track, the dust cover moves through the gap of the carriage assembly and over the sliding surface element whereby the dust cover is caused to disengage from the track and re-engage with track after the carriage assembly has passed. There is also disclosed a method of installing the carriage assembly in a window or door opening for a door or window.

    Abstract: A sliding track for sliding doors includes a sliding door track and a glass fixed panel track which have an inverted U-shape cross section with an opening facing downward. The sliding door track has a left and a right inner wall that have a pair of guiding tracks formed thereon to allow a plurality pairs of rollers which are hinged on a hanging track which is fastened to a sliding door on a lower side to roll thereon in a straddle manner. The sliding door track further has a pair of first wedge troughs on the upper left and upper right corners, and a pair of second wedge troughs on a lower side. The first and second wedge troughs are coupled with the glass fixed panel track. The sliding door track and the glass fixed panel track may also be coupled with an ornamental plate on the top. The glass fixed panel track may further be coupled with a sealing plate on the bottom.

    Abstract: A novel electrical floor-hinge device is provided, which contains an electrical motor and a speed reducing element configured on top of a platform element at a side on top of a body member. A vertical input shaft connected to the speed reducing element is joined to a lateral involute shaft via bevel gears. The involute shaft in turn engages a driven gear on a vertical output shaft. The top end of the output shaft is attached to a seat element whose top surface is fixedly joined to a lower inner corner of a door. By the electrical motor's driving the seat element into clockwise or counterclockwise swing, the door is closed or opened automatically. The speed reducing element can be easily replaced to fit doors of different weight.

    Abstract: A powered closure drive mechanism is provided for moving a closure between open and closed positions. An elongated housing extends between first and second ends that are movable in opposite directions toward and away from each other. A rotatable lead screw is disposed longitudinally within the elongated housing. A reversible motor rotates the lead screw in a first direction and a second direction to urge the first and second ends of the housing toward and away from each other. A sensor assembly includes a worm fixed to the lead screw for rotation therewith and a rotatable gear meshingly engaged with the worm.
