Abstract: Provided are a communication cable that includes a resin composition formed by adding a halogenated flame retardant and a flame retardant auxiliary to an olefin-based polymer and is excellent in stability of the communication properties and heat resistance, a wire harness that includes such a communication cable, and a manufacturing method according to which such a communication cable can be manufactured with high productivity. A communication cable 1 includes a signal wire 10 constituted by a pair of insulated wires 11 each having a conductor 12 and an insulating coating 13 covering the outer circumference of the conductor 12, and an insulating external layer 20 covering the outer circumference of the signal wire 10. The characteristic impedance is within a range of 100±10Ω.

Abstract: Provided is a polyamide resin composition that has a high electrical resistance in a high temperature region (around 130° C.) while having a high heat resistance. This polyamide resin composition comprises polyamide resin that contains a component unit (a) deriving from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid and a component unit (b2) deriving from 1,3-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane. Abstract: A structural flame retardant high strength low exothermic polymer grouting material for consolidating, belonging to a technical field of polyurethane material, is produced by combined the polyether polyol and the modified isocyanate in a weight ratio of 100:(100-160), leading to internal reaction temperature ≤100° C., strength ≥60 mPa, bonding ≥3 mPa, oxygen index ≥28% while no halogen and no effect on water quality, odor level (80° C.) ≤3.5, and fog test ≤5 mg (which means no physical additive flame retardant is diffused into the environment). In particular, with no halogen, which is known as environmental hormones, in the plasticizers, there will be less combustion smoke, wherein the present invention will not release corrosive or irritating hydrogen halide gas, nor produce toxic carcinogens polybrominated benzoxins and polybrominated dibenzofurans, thereby avoiding the long-term impact of the material on the environment.

Abstract: A multifunctional fiber with full-spectrum infrared radiation, flame retardant and antibacterial functions, including a composite masterbatch having a water content of 30-50 ppm and accounting for 10-12% by weight, polyethylene terephthalate having a water content of 25-30 ppm or polycaprolactam high polymer having a water content of 50-70 ppm and accounting for 88-90% by weight; the fiber and its fabric possess multiple functions such as spectral heating, flame retardancy, anti-bacteria and anti-virus; after being illuminated for 5-10 minutes, the temperature difference of the fiber fabric of the present invention is higher than 15-20° C., the far-infrared emissivity is greater than 98%, the radiation temperature rise is greater than 3.0° C., the CLO value is greater than 0.5, the heat transfer coefficient is greater than 18.0w/(m2k), and the thermal resistance is less than 0.05 (m2k)/w. The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and pneumobacillus is greater than 99.0%.
