Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cancer, the composition containing IL-2 surface expression-extracellular vesicles as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, immune cells, in which useful cytokines have been expressed on the cell surface, and extracellular vesicles, preferably small extracellular vesicles (sEV), which are derived from the immune cells and have useful cytokines expressed on the surface were prepared using a lentiviral vector containing a cytokine-linker-a PDGF receptor transmembrane domain, and it was found that the extracellular vesicles increased proliferation and activity of cytotoxic T cells thereby increasing anti-cancer immune efficacy. Thus, the extracellular vesicles having the efficacy can be usefully utilized as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, a pharmaceutical composition for co-administration with an anticancer drug, or a composition for delivering a drug or a physiologically active material.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a flexible neural electrode having improved adherence to an object by using a three-dimensional structure. Abstract: A series elastic actuator includes a first body, a motor, a pulley, a second body, a wire, a first adjuster, a second adjuster, a first spring, and a second spring. The wire is curved around a seat portion of the pulley, a first extending portion of the wire and the first adjuster are elastically supported with respect to the second body by the first spring, and the second extending portion of the wire and the second adjuster are elastically supported with respect to the second body by the second spring. When an external load is applied to the second body and relative rotation is generated between the pulley and the second body, a moment arm by the load is constant and the external load can be measured on the basis of the measured relative rotation angle and the spring constants of the first spring and the second spring.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for determining a decrease in the functions of the hippocampus by using the correlation between a micro RNA (miRNA) and an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR), a method for inhibiting the decrease in the functions, and a method for screening for inhibitors of the decrease in the functions. The present invention confirms that miR-204, among miRNAs up-regulated in an aged hippocampus, decreases the expression of EphB2, by accurately targeting EphB2, which is an important regulatory receptor, resulting in a decrease in the neuronal surface expression of an NR1 subunit of an NMDAR in hippocampal nerves and a decrease in the density of dendrites, thereby having an effect of determining whether the functions of the hippocampus are decreased, by using the correlation between a miRNA and an NMDAR, and furthermore, has an effect of providing a method for inhibiting the decrease in the functions of the hippocampus, and a method for screening for inhibitors of the decrease in the functions.
