Abstract: A fusible disconnect switch device is provided. The disconnect switch includes a switch actuator, an actuator bias element, and a slider assembly. The switch actuator is selectively positioned between an opened position and a closed position. The actuator bias element includes a first end acting on the switch actuator and a second end coupled to the switch housing. The slider assembly is linked to the switch actuator. The slider assembly includes a first slider and a second slider each slidably movable with respect to the switch housing along a linear axis. The first slider is independently movable relative to the second slider. The actuator bias element and the slider assembly are responsive to the position of the switch actuator to effect a switch closing operation and a switch opening operation.

Abstract: An art fault mitigator includes a sensor structured to detect at least one of a user within vicinity of the power system protection device, a light within the power system protection device and an overcurrent within the power system protection device; a mechanical switching device including a fast mechanical circuit interrupter and an actuator; a power electronics circuit coupled to the mechanical switching device in parallel and including a current commutator structured to commutate current from the fast mechanical circuit interrupter to the power electronics circuit upon turning OFF of the fast mechanical circuit interrupter, a power electronic circuit interrupter structured to allow the current to ride there-through up to a threshold current, and a current limiter structured to limit the current flowing through the power electronics circuit interrupter; and a controller including a trip control structured to control operations of the mechanical switching device and the power electronics circuit.

Abstract: Exhaust gas recirculation pump (30) for an internal combustion engine that includes an electric motor (32) disposed within a housing (36). A Roots device (38) is coupled to the electric motor (32) and includes a housing (40) defining an internal volume (42) in which rotors (44) are disposed and are connected to the electric motor (32). The electric motor housing (36) includes a coolant path (48) formed therein which extends from a coolant inlet (58) to a coolant outlet (78), both coupled to an engine coolant circulation system. The housing includes an oil path (108) formed therein. The oil path includes an oil inlet (110) extending to at least one oil outlet (112). The oil inlet and outlet are coupled to an engine oil circulation system wherein the oil path (108) lubricates bearings (100) and a transmission assembly (46) of the exhaust gas recirculation pump (30).

Abstract: A rocker arm assembly can include an outer arm having an outer rocker shaft bore configured to receive a rocker shaft and an inner arm having an inner rocker shaft bore configured to receive the rocker shaft. The inner arm can be configured to selectively rotate. A latch pin can be movably seated in the outer arm and configured to move between a latched position and an unlatched position. The rocker arm assembly can further include a lost motion spring. The lost motion spring can include a first end connected to a connecting portion of the inner arm above the inner rocker shaft bore and a second end connected to the outer arm. The inner arm can include an inner arm stop member configured contact with a corresponding outer arm stop member of the outer arm.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electronic locking differential gear mechanism having a lock detection mechanism for sensing and indication of a locked and unlocked state of the locking mechanism. The electronic locking differential gear mechanism includes an electronic stator which, when activated, rotates a ramped collar about an axis of the mechanism. The ramps of the ramped collar axially displace a plurality of push rods, which displace a locking collar and cause it to engage with a locker gear, placing the mechanism in a locked state. A sensor assembly detects the displacement of a sensing plate which is displaced along with the push rods, and thereby senses whether the mechanism is in a locked or unlocked state.
