Abstract:
A redundancy fuse circuit including a function of replacing a defective cell in a memory cell array with a redundancy cell, comprising a fuse circuit in which an address of the defective cell or a block including the defective cell is programmed as a defective address by presence/absence of cut-off of a fuse, a data latch circuit which latches a signal supplied from a tester to program the defective address in a dummy manner, and a comparator which replaces the defective cell with the redundancy cell based on an address signal supplied from the tester and an output signal of the data latch circuit at an operation confirmation time of the redundancy fuse circuit.
Abstract:
A needle threading device of a sewing machine comprising a needle threading shaft mounted rotatably and vertically movably; a needle threading hook fixed to a lower end of the needle threading shaft; and a rotating mechanism that rotates the needle threading shaft such that the needle threading hook passes through a needle eye of the sewing needle. In such a needle threading device, a first thread guide member is fixed to a lower end of the needle threading shaft and arranged opposed to the needle threading hook with respect to the needle threading shaft; a second thread guide member is pivotally mounted on the lower end of the needle threading shaft and linked to the first thread guide member via a link mechanism. Upon rotation of the needle threading shaft, the upper thread is retained in a predetermined position near the needle eye in cooperation with the second thread guide member and the first thread guide member. The second thread guide member is mounted with a thread retaining unit that retains the upper thread upon needle hooking.
Abstract:
A power generating apparatus includes a proton conductor unit, containing a fullerene derivative, a hydrogen electrode bonded to one surface of the proton conductor unit, an oxygen electrode bonded to the other surface of the proton conductor unit, and a hydrogen gas supplying unit for supplying a hydrogen gas at a pressure of approximately 0.2 to approximately 3.5 atm to the hydrogen electrode. The present power generating apparatus effectively suppresses transmission of hydrogen and oxygen gases so that it is possible to prevent the hydrogen gas from being emitted to atmosphere due to transmission as well as to prevent the oxygen gas from reaching the hydrogen electrode on transmission to prevent the hydrogen gas from being consumed without contributing to power generation.
Abstract:
A game device enabling adjustment of the virtual viewpoint displaying a game character to be positioned to view the surroundings of the character in a broad range. When the manipulation character C stands still, the viewpoint of the virtual cameral 30 can move along the face of the exterior sphere 40B in accordance with manipulations of the game player. Upon collision with an obstacle, this virtual camera approaches the character in the direction of the face of the interior sphere 40A. However, the virtual camera does not approach the character C beyond the interior sphere.
Abstract:
Format information, including e.g. color information and a plurality of format elements for permitting output of document information in a desired layout is stored, and the document information is output in accordance with the stored format information.
Abstract:
There is an image processing system which inputs and edits image data including document data and prints and displays a document with figures with a beautiful style. This system comprises: an output device which can output the image data including document data; a parameter adding device to add output parameters to edit the image data outputted by the output device; and an edition control unit which can edit, as a headline, at least a part of the image data outputted by the output device on the basis of the parameters added by the parameter adding device. These parameters include data such as position, size, character style, and the like of the headline. With this system, arbitrary information such as headline, catchword, line number, page number, caption, or the like can be extremely easily arranged at any position of the image data displayed on the CRT and the document with such information can be printed as a beautiful style. Also, the document and figure data can be freely edited.
Abstract:
A fuel cell is formed by sandwiching a membrane electrode assembly between a first separator and a second separator. A fuel gas flow field is formed in the second separator. An inlet buffer is connected to the inlet of the fuel gas flow field, and an outlet buffer is connected to an outlet of the fuel gas flow field. The inlet buffer is deeper than the outlet buffer. Therefore, the pressure loss in the inlet buffer is smaller than the pressure loss in the outlet buffer.
Abstract:
A femto cell base station includes a generating part that generates a SIP message including a terminal ID of a radio terminal and a check request for the terminal ID at a predetermined time, and a first transmitting part that transmits the SIP message generated by the generating part to a higher level apparatus in the communication system.
Abstract:
When a femto cell base station used for a communication system provided with a function of providing a predetermined supplementary service receives first information indicating supplementary service control from a radio terminal, the femto cell base station converts the received information to a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) message including the first information and transmits the SIP message to a higher apparatus in the communication system.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an electromechanical transducer film forming method including a surface modification process; an application process; and processes of drying, thermally decomposing, and crystallizing sol-gel solution applied to a portion of a surface of a first electrode. An electromechanical transducer film is formed on a desired pattern area on the surface of the first electrode by repeating the above processes. In the application process, each of dots of the sol-gel solution applied by the inkjet method drops onto both a first area inside the desired pattern area and a second area outside the desired pattern area. The first area is a hydrophilic area on the surface of the first electrode, and the second area is a hydrophobic area on the surface of the first electrode. The hydrophilic area and the hydrophobic area have been modified by the surface modification process.
