Abstract:
A wireless terminal device which can be connected to a wireless LAN service to which the terminal can be connected without regard to the identifier for specifying a wireless LAN service, a wireless connection method, and a program are provided. A wireless terminal device (100) stores common authentication information (200) that can be verified by a plurality of access points (111 to 113) in common in a common authentication information DB (104) in advance. Before connecting to the wireless LAN, the wireless terminal device repeats a trial in order to be authenticated with respect to the connectable wireless LAN service according to the common authentication information (200) until the connection is made.
Abstract:
A safety controller provides a safety output to a target controlled system such as a magnet contactor based on an input from an input device such as a safety door switch to thereby control operation of machine equipment. Safety output parts serve to transmit a solid-state output as the safety output and a connection output part transmits a connection output to another safety controller. A control part having two CPUs controls the safety output and the connection output according to a program based on the input from the input device. Two or more of such safety controllers are connected through their connecting output parts and the connecting input parts to together form a safety system.
Abstract:
In a structure for mounting a filter in a compressor, a mounting member is connected to the filter. A receiving hole is formed in a housing of the compressor for receiving therein the mounting member. A first fitting portion is formed on an inner circumferential surface of a holding portion of the filter. A second fitting portion is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the mounting member for having fitting relation to the first fitting portion for an overlap distance in a radial direction of the receiving hole. When the mounting member is received in the receiving hole with the fitting relation, the filter is disposed in a fluid passage of the housing. A clearance having a dimension is formed between an outer circumferential surface of the holding portion and an inner circumferential surface of the receiving hole. Minimum value of the dimension is smaller than the overlap distance.

Abstract:
An electromagnetic displacement control valve in a clutchless type variable displacement compressor is disclosed. The control valve includes a valve body, an electromagnetic driving device, a buffer spring, and an urging spring. The electromagnetic driving device drives the valve body toward a position for closing the valve hole. The buffer spring urges the valve body toward the position for closing the valve hole. The urging spring urges the valve body in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against an elastic urging force of the buffer spring. In a state where no current is supplied to the electromagnetic driving device, the valve body is capable of moving in a direction away from the position for closing the valve hole against the elastic urging force of the buffer spring.
Abstract:
A control valve for a clutch type variable displacement compressor includes a liquid-discharge passage for connecting a second port in communication with a control-pressure chamber of the compressor to a third port in communication with the suction-pressure region of the compressor. Opening and closing the liquid-discharge passage are controlled by movement of a pressure-sensing member of a pressure-sensing mechanism. The pressure-sensing member is placed such that the liquid-discharge passage is opened while pressure equalization inside the compressor at a stop of the compressor is maintained in starting the compressor from its stop state. The pressure-sensing member is moved in a direction which causes the liquid-discharge passage to be closed when a pressure in the suction-pressure region is lowered and reaches a predetermined pressure as the compressor is started.
Abstract:
A displacing device is incorporated in a displacement control valve. The displacing device includes a first pressure chamber, a second pressure chamber, a second bellows, a transmission rod, and an urging spring. The second pressure chamber communicates with a suction chamber. The interior of the second pressure chamber is a suction pressure zone. When the pressure in the suction pressure zone is less than or equal to a predetermined reference pressure, the transmission rod moves an actuation rod (valve body) to open a valve hole. Therefore, a variable displacement compressor is prevented from operating with a large displacement when there is insufficient amount of refrigerant or when the speed of the compressor is high.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for smoothing a thick walled portion of a steel pipe produced by pressure-welding two opposite longitudinal edges of an open pipe with a squeeze roll after being subjected to induction heating. Outer and inner reduction rollers pressure sandwiches the thick walled portion from the outer and inner surfaces of the pipe, a support supports the inner reduction roller to be rotatable and containing a water passage for cooling water, a connecting rod connects the support device to a coupler and contains a further water passage for feeding cooling water to the water passage, and an anchor holds the connecting rod. In the a method of producing steel pipes two opposite longitudinal edges of the open pipe are preformed before being subjected to the induction heating and thereafter a thick walled portion is smoothed by the above-described apparatus.
Abstract:
A forming stand for continuously forming a skelp material into a pipe, by pressure of spaced-apart forming rolls supported by spaced upper and lower shafts, the forming rolls having two portions, with one portion fixedly fitted on one side of its shaft, a sleeve slidably fitted to the other end of the shaft and fixedly secured to the sleeve and slidable with respect to the shaft; a bearing box for supporting one side of the associated shaft; a bearing box supporting the other side of the associated shaft through the sleeve; upper and lower stand supporting frames for supporting both of the bearing boxes to be movable in an axial direction; and supporting columns for supporting the stand supporting frames; the pipe-forming force is continuously measured and the forming operation is adjusted such that the measured value of pipe-forming force does not exceed a predetermined pipe-forming upper limit.
Abstract:
A sprocket chain having alternating inner links and outer links is formed with the length of each inner link slightly longer than the tooth pitch of a cooperating sprocket and the length of each outer link slightly shorter than the tooth pitch by the same amount. The chain may comprise a roller chain having a roller mounted to turn on each bushing, or may comprise a bush chain having no rollers and in which the bushings make direct contact with the sprocket teeth.
